The only thing bad about my trip was the company I kept. Hotel And staff were great and accommodating even during holiday rush

Rooms are old and they tried to update beds by putting covers over headboards that are shedding felt onto you as you sleep. Lamp shades are torn and stained. Lights in bathroom had burned out bulbs not replaced. Food costs are high and you can’t take leftovers because no fridge or microwave in rooms. Spent over 600$ for 2 nights. Won’t return!

Hotel room itself is quiet and clean. I thought we had a frig in our room but we didn’t. Tried to ask housekeeping about getting one. They were not very helpful. The ****** I wasn’t impressed with. Not as many machines as one would expect for the size hotel. Payout not good.

We were very disappointed. My husband loves poker. The website states they have a poker room and games. We founf out they no longeer have a poker room. We left the very next morning. What a wasted trip

Parking garage elevator buttons were no self-explanatory.Bathroom showers were only tepid, not hot. The shower gel bottle was empty. Most restaurants were overpriced.
Overall, most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

They put us in a smoking room, the halls, smart like smoke, and it was very noisy. You can hear the person next door snoring.
