The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The General Manager, Jason Mercord, the Front Desk Supervisor and the night auditor, Dia Taliafurro, went above and beyond to help with a friendly smile and helped scan items, email them to a property claim I was dealing with. They even offered some helpful advice. The property is well taken care of and very clean. Whatever I needed they were able to accomodate. I would highly recommend this place to stay. There's a lot of business minded people, pilots and flight attendants.

It was located very well, close to dining, fast food, shopping, & highways. Unfortunately, the night we were there, someone was tramping loudly in the hallways from about 11PM to 3 AM. We should have called the desk but did not.

Close to the airport. Have park and fly package and free airport shuttle. Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to nice Mediterranean restaurant and other fast food places.

Everything was overall mostly great! The guy checking us in to our room was very informative and helpful. We picked this hotel because it was one of the few nicer ones and had a hot tub. However the hot tub Jetts didn’t work very well and the water was barley warm very disappointing.

The manager Zaque was very friendly and hospitable. I can't imagine a friendlier stay. Thank you Zaque. Service was great and above and beyond typical hotel experiences. I will be back and will recommend.

Yall! I cannot rave about this location enough! Welcomed like family. We come her about 2x per year and always treated like a family. Zaque M. Is amazing. So accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure our trip is memorable! Def will be coming back year after year if he’s around! Chef kiss!

The hospitality here is excellent. The staff really make you feel welcome and they are very caring. The breakfast is great and good value. Highly recommend. Vicky looked after me at breakfast and was a great host.
