"Booked this Tokyo hotel last minute. The deluxe twin room was very spacious. There's a direct bus to Haneda Airport from the front of the market, but it only runs twice a day. It's the best choice if you're planning to eat sushi at Toyosu Market. There's also a direct bus to Shimbashi that passes through Tsukiji, making it convenient to get to the city center."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line. You can even see Tokyo Big Sight right from your window. While the room was a bit on the smaller side, there was still enough space."

"Compared to other Mitsui Garden hotels, this one certainly provides more premium toiletries. However, it is expensive! Like other Mitsui Garden hotels, from 2026…. In the name of environmental sustainability, (1) they provide plastic/reusable slippers which don’t seem hygienic to me and I hated them, (2) bedsheets are changed only after 3 nights. Room cleaning was not very thorough, there was dust at the corners. I can’t find the exact photo now but I had deliberately left a small slip of packaging on the floor to monitor if it would be cleared away but it wasn’t! Their housekeeping team could definitely do better! Unlike other Mitsui Garden hotels I have used, it was not so easy to locate welcome drinks (I did not end up having any). The reception/front desk was also baffling because it tends to be empty or just manned by 1 staff until they notice more patrons around then more staff would appear from their backroom. I appreciate how suitcases I had forwarded to the hotel ahead of my arrival was in my room waiting for me. They also took note of my request for more pillows. Thank you. Other considerations - entire hotel is dimly lit. There are 2 sets of elevators. One to the lobby, and a separate on to go to the rooms. I timed the journey, it takes almost 1 full minute to get from lobby to B1. Even when I requested for a room near the elevators, I was given a room nested very deeply/far away and required a lot of walking. The carpet made it challenging to move suitcases. Location-wise, It’s not the most convenient if want to visit Shibuya/Harajuku but ok for Tsukiji and Ginza. Not so many eateries around and while there are convenient stores, there’s currently no full-fledged supermarkets around. Considering how expensive this place is… its limitations / inconveniences, I would reconsider staying there."

"Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Rinkai Line, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, especially to Disney. The room facilities were well-equipped, and the cleanliness was top-notch; there were no unpleasant odors. Breakfast is served on the first floor. We stayed for five nights and went at different times, but on three of those days, we encountered a queue. If you're in a hurry, you might want to factor in some extra time."

"Attended an exhibition at Big Sight, and the hotel's location was super convenient, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also close to the Yurikamome and Rinkai lines, and there are bus stops nearby, making getting around a breeze. There's an airport shuttle bus for 1000 yen, which you can book online in advance. There's a 7-Eleven right across from the hotel, but not many restaurants – you'll need to head to Ariake Garden or Odaiba for more dining options. Nearby attractions include Tokyo Dream Park and the Water Science Museum."

"This hotel is the closest one to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station, and right across from Sunshine City! The 7-Eleven downstairs was the most comprehensive one I found on this Tokyo trip. Even with a lot of people buying things, the checkout was super fast, with 6-7 staff working at once – very efficient. There's also bowling, an aquarium, a 100-yen shop, and a drugstore, all conveniently located downstairs. Every day was just shopping, shopping, shopping! Since tax refunds aren't as easy anymore, you might as well stock up."

"Hotel Haton East Shinagawa The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the Seaside Station on the Rinkai Line. It's a compact hotel, but the front desk staff are friendly and the rooms are well-equipped. The bedding is very soft, and the lobby has amenities for guests. There's an AEON supermarket nearby, which is great for shopping. Getting to Ueno and Shinjuku in Tokyo is also very easy. Breakfast is just okay, with limited variety, and it can get crowded with guests, so expect to queue."

"I booked a standard room below the 20th floor and requested a higher floor with a view of the Statue of Liberty. When I checked in, I spoke to the front desk, and they told me that for the price I paid, I'd only get a tiny glimpse of the Statue of Liberty, even on the 18th floor. To get a direct view from a higher floor (20+), I'd have to pay extra. I decided to take a gamble and stick with my original booking, and it turned out great! The money I saved was enough to cover breakfast at the hotel every day, which was a nice bonus. There are three breakfast options: the garden restaurant on the first floor, the café on the second floor, and a sushi set on the 30th floor. The first and second-floor menus are identical, but the first floor is larger. I tried the sushi once on the 30th floor, but it was just okay; the fish slices were quite thin, and I could get better sushi for the same price at other places. There are several shopping malls nearby, all accessible directly from the hotel lobby (on the second floor) via connecting skywalks. You can also directly access the Yurikamome subway line. The terminal station is Shimbashi, which is about a 20-30 minute ride from the hotel. From Shimbashi, it's about a 1km walk to Ginza, or one stop on the Ginza subway line, or a 700 yen taxi ride. The transportation is very convenient. I also participated in a Tokyo Bay cruise afternoon tea activity nearby; it was just a three-stop train ride from the hotel to Hinode Station, and the Symphony cruise ship pier was right outside the station."

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to Toyosu Market, and getting around is easy with buses and trains. Shimbashi is just over ten minutes away. The breakfast spread is fantastic. The large public bath offers stunning views of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Bay."

"This is my second stay here. The price is reasonable, and while breakfast is a bit pricey, it's definitely worth it with many delicious and unique local dishes. They have a parking lot, and guests only pay 2500 JPY for 24 hours, which is very fair for Tokyo. The hot spring is also half price for guests, 2200 JPY for adults and 1300 JPY for children. There's a large shopping mall directly connected to the hotel on the sixth floor, offering plenty of great food options like yakiniku and sushi. It's less than a 5-minute walk from Ariake Tennis no Mori Station, and there's a convenience store right opposite the hotel, which is super convenient. Odaiba's core area is just a 1.3 km walk away, making it easy to shop and explore. If you're tired, a ride back won't break the bank."
