Super good location for a shopping and sightseeing 🫰 Place has weak soundproof. Untill 2 a.m. other tourist behaved loud and it was not possible to sleep. Was not possible to open a window cause kitchen vents from neighbor buildings face same direction as mine window. The result whenever I tried to open a window I had a constant smell of food. Front desc is super helpful and friendly 🫰 Big thanks for keeping my luggage while I was in Fukuoka. Really appreciate that 🫰 Love youre rooftop 🫰

Overall, we had a very good stay and the location was really convenient – we could easily take the 1003 bus to Haeundae Beach and the 2-2 bus to Gamcheon Culture Village. ❤️❤️❤️ The only downside was that the aircon wasn’t quite cool enough during the summer heat. It would also be great to have a central dustbin, since we stayed a few days and didn’t want to keep rubbish in the room. Excellent stay. We picked this for the unique architecture and decor and we were not disappointed. You can see the attention to detail in the design of this hotel. Also, beautiful view from our Premium room, facing the sunrise so we could enjoy a cup of tea/coffee peacefully in the morning. (Photo attached). It is a 4-star hotel - the hallways may be a bit outdated and dark - but the rooms themselves are updated and new, with comfortable bed/shower. Staff are available, friendly, and welcoming. Walkable to nearby sights, stations, and ATM/convenience stores. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others for a wonderful place to stay in Busan.

Everything was perfect! I'd read reviews saying the front desk staff weren't always present, but they were there during the hours I used the service. I was a bit anxious checking in as I don't speak Japanese, but they spoke English slowly and clearly, and I understood everything perfectly. (I think they might use a translation app, which is a good idea.) The room was exactly like the photos, but even more comfortable than I imagined – I absolutely loved it! I almost didn't want to leave the hotel, it was so nice. So, instead of having a break at a cafe, I brought everything back to the hotel for tea time. Because the view is just incredible! You can see Busan Tower right from the room! My kids were also thrilled with the spacious room, spending time on the balcony and rolling around. I stayed for two nights, but apparently, room cleaning only starts from three nights or more. However, they hung fresh towels on the doorknob, so it was no problem at all. I definitely want to stay here again! *Ü*

Location: It's in the same building as the Grab the Beach Hotel, only about 100-200 meters from the Fairfield. When my taxi couldn't pinpoint the location, I'd just set it for the Fairfield. View: If you want to watch the sunrise directly from your bed, this hotel is unbeatable. I think the view is even better than the Fairfield because this building faces directly east. Layout: Overall, it was better than I expected. Although the room isn't huge, the different areas are well-organized and comprehensive, with a wardrobe and a small fridge. The table and chairs are indoors, but I imagine you could easily move them to the balcony in the summer. It was too cold for that in the winter. The bathroom layout is very practical. However, the vanity area doesn't have a door and is quite close to the main entrance, so you need to be mindful of privacy. They've thoughtfully placed a reminder sticker about this. Cleanliness: It was clean. But the balcony glass wasn't clean😭 I even braved the cold early in the morning to try and wipe it down so I could photograph the sunrise from inside. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this in the future, then it would be perfect. Service: I was a bit anxious before checking in because the entire process, from check-in to check-out, is self-service. The emails were only in Korean and English, and if you wanted to book additional items, the interface was only in Korean, which was quite inconvenient. In the end, I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel provided facial cleanser, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Remember to confirm your check-in online via email before arrival; the room door code will be sent to your email 3-5 hours before check-in time. The card you receive upon check-in is only for operating the elevator. For check-out, just drop the card into the box at the self check-in counter. I hope all my fellow Chinese travelers have a great time in Busan! Busan is good!

This hotel is very close to Busan Tower, so you can stroll around it every night. You can also enjoy shopping in the surrounding area, and there are many delicious restaurants near the hotel. Although the rooms are a bit small and there's no parking, there is public parking nearby within walking distance. It might not be convenient for those with cars, but for international tourists, I recommend this hotel. The price is also reasonable, especially outside of peak season.

The location was great as you can easily get to BIFF street for evening snacks and the fish market to try the seafood. The room was spacious and had room to relax and unwind after a long day. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining how to use the remote control to use the air conditioning. Checking in and out was a simple process and they were quick to offer us a second room key card when requesting one. Would stay again.

Excellent location, but very bad condition of bathtub and rugs. We stayed here only for nights, so it was enough, but don't recommend it if you have allergies. Very friendly administrators. But the cleaning lady doesn't understand the difference between two sides of card ”do not disturb/please, clean” and trying to clean either way 😄 If you want to use the luggage storage - you need to pay returnable deposit.

The location is great—right in front of BIFF Street. The room is spacious enough to comfortably open two large suitcases. One of the best features is the separate toilet and shower area, which is quite rare in Korea. Essentials like shampoo, a hair dryer, and other toiletries are provided. They also have a handy machine that removes dust and dries your clothes—perfect if you don’t want to do a full wash but still want your clothes fresh and clean. The only minor downside is the uphill slope leading to the hotel, but it shouldn’t be a problem for most people with luggage.

The location is fantastic, especially for solo travellers! BIFF and Jagalchi is just across the road, and many buses in front of the hotel brings you to various places. There are so many small eateries that I did not have the time to explore! The laundry service is very affordable - $3 per wash or per dryer. There is also a microwave in the laundry room to heat up leftovers. I love it that they have an Eco plan - you get free gifts if you choose not to have your linens replaced, which was totally fine with me because I am there for only 4 nights. The room is clean and not too noisy. The frontline staff (the ladies I noticed) are very stoic and emotionless. They are responsive but can appear cold.
