環境很好也很舒服，吧枱小姐姐很熱情，即平價又温馨，唯一的點就是適合帶長者和孩子能早睡的，國慶期間我們是運氣真不好，樓上大體格的聊天聊了一晚上，還來回走，媽呀！那木質樓簡直沒辦法入睡，實在沒辦法給前台打電話讓他們安靜點，確實有些抱歉

位置很好找，就在古城入口不遠處，吃飯對門就有不少各種小吃店，有家滋味小麪味道不錯。一共有兩個院長，大院和小院，小院一進門就是，衹有一層，大院進門右手往裡是個二層小院，小院裏喝個茶聊個天都挺有感覺。衞生不錯，就是衞生間比較狹小。床鋪很乾凈。

房間整體較小，也能理解，畢竟是古鎮住宅。公共空間不錯。不能理解的是訂了兩晚，一晚上兩間大床房一晚上兩間標間。兩天總房費差40，實際入住第一天我讓老闆給的一間標間一間大床房。實際是因為天氣原因我們衹入住了一天。晚上取消的時候特意去問了前台扣不扣錢，她説應該不扣，我就點了取消。第二天早上問前台，她衹説看到了，什麼都沒提。結果退錢一直沒到，打攜程電話，攜程問了店家後扣除六十差價。我不知道這六十怎麼算的。總的差價40，一間大床對一間標間差價就是20，店家還跟攜程説沒有扣違約金。補差價是應該的，衹是當晚我們問了沒有提扣錢，第二天早上同樣不提，我覺得不能理解。

第二次入住這家客棧，老闆熱情，客棧安靜、舒適，可以看看書、拍拍照、喝喝茶，很寧靜，價格不貴，性價比很高，超推薦，另外客棧門口的燃土豆味道也很不錯。

壞境不錯，前台也很熱情！接受不了的就是隔音太差了，房間在二樓，旁邊住了一家幾口小朋友早上在走廊邊跑邊鬧聽的一清二楚，隔壁手機消息提示都能聽見😅還有樓下能喝茶所以大早上就開始很吵……

客棧在古城裡～靠近狀元坊小吃一條街～逛吃都很方便～白天比較吵～晚上睡覺還是很安靜的～設施有些老舊了～衞生做的不錯值得表揚
