Staff is not enoygh in the evening, when restaurant open.
Room doesn’t have heating other than towel heater.

Wonderful staff,very friendly and ready to help for any need. We were in the main building. The rooms will be renovated in the future but even so our room was comfortable with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant was so good we ate there both evenings. The spa area is gorgeous. All in all we recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza matrimoniale con il pacchetto "AlpinTrend-Ski-Package". Nella conferma ricevuta via mail dall'hotel il pacchetto comprendeva una giornaliera per il comprensorio sciistico Arosa-Lenzerheide per persona a notte. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato che la giornaliera era solamente per la prima notte. Alla ricezione ci hanno pure detto chiaramente che costa meno acquistare la giornaliera alle casse degli impianti rispetto al loro pacchetto che però vendono come "offerta" sul sito dell'hotel. Colazione ottima, a buffet. Pulizia scarsa. La stanza e i locali comuni non vengono puliti giornalmente! In camera però viene rifatto il letto ogni giorno, come pure vuotati i cestini. Sarebbe apprezzato un bollitore in camera che attualmente non è disponibile. Bella la zona wellness, con asciugamano e accappatoio. Sarebbe però molto utile un tavolino oppure un vassoio per appoggiare i bicchieri e le tazze utilizzate per separarle da quelle ancora pulite.

Die Tgoma ist mein Stammlokal seit über 40 Jahren. Jahrzehnte lang erfolgreich von der Familie Maissen geführt. Seit Mai 2022 haben Andrea und Mathias das Ruder übernommen - tolle Gastgeber mit viel Charme! Super Speisen zu fairen Preisen!

Grandioses Fest am 31.07.22, dass das Wirtepaar auf die Beine gestellt hat. Einheimische wie Touristen genossen durchmischt unvergessliche Stunden bei Speis und Trank. Zuvorkommendes Personal umsorgten die Göste die zahlreichen anwesend waren. Einheimische fühlten sich sehr wohl im und außerhalb des Tgoma's. Was im letzten Jahr nicht mehr der Fall war. Der Brunch am anderen Tag, war ebenso ein Erfolg. Hoffentlich wird es noch manches solches Fest geben im Tgoma. Sensationelles Wirtepaar!!

Schönes, grosszügiges, modernes Zimmer. Hervorragendes Essen. Viele lokale Produkte. Personal äusserst freundlich und sympathisch. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in ein paar Wochen.

Wir waren im Deluxe-Zimmer 101 und haben uns wohl gefühlt - das Zimmer ist halt zur Durchgangsstrasse raus … dafür gross, im romantischen Stil mit alter Holzverkleidung und „knarrender“ Badzimmertüre. Ana und ihr kleines Team mit Bruder (3 Personen) haben das Möglichste zum Wohl beigetragen und waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle Räumlichkeiten wurden täglich tip-top gereinigt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war o.k. und mit Liebe präsentiert. Schade war für uns doch, dass das Restaurant am Abend geschlossen war und wir somit „gezwungen“ waren auswärts essen zu gehen oder auch für einen Spiel-Abend mit Bewirtung keine Möglichkeiten hatten. Leider waren zudem im Zimmer mit Küche keine Weingläser vorhanden - Schade ! Das kleine aber feine Wellness habe ich dann doch geniessen können, nachdem ich gewusst hatte, dass ich dies spätestens am Morgen reservieren muss ….Freundliche Grüsse aus dem Unterland E&R aus D.-CH

Auffallend positiv hat uns das äusserst freundliche und hoch motivierte Personal beeindruckt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und zweckmässig. Preis und Leistung sind mehr als ok. Die Lage im überschaubaren Dörfchen eignet sich auch für sehr lärmempfindliche Personen.
