Lovely helpful staff, comfortable accommodation with plenty space. Not over happy with glass bathroom door due to the dynamics of our group, but hung a blanket on it to add some privacy. Loved the food , so much that we never ate out ! Breakfast was fresh and tasty and plenty for everyone Would recommend and go back again Could do with more sun loungers as the usual greedy folk were putting towels on early. Possibly have them stacked and given out as the bathers arrive may help, but it is a universal issue. Always got one in the afternoon . Great location close to the ***** but not affected by noise. Loved our stay

Went for a 4 night stay with my adult daughter. The room was very clean and a good size. Breakfast you had your cooked breakfast bacon,eggs, hash browns, sausages and beans. Also fruit, porridge etc for lunch and dinner not a massive choice of food but I never struggled to find something to eat and was cooked well and tasted good. Drinks you have to pay a 1 euro deposit for a cups which is a great idea so that people never left their cups everywhere! The staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location so close to shops, the beach etc but the walk back is up hill which kept us fit. We would return.

Overall a lovely hotel, but you get what you pay for. More a 2/3star hotel than 4. Isabel on reception was super friendly and helpful. Room was basic, but served its purpose. Only fault was only 1 mirror and that was in bathroom. Food in restaurant was very good. Heard lots of complaints but these people still had gully loaded platefuls. Plenty of variety at all mealtimes. Freshly cooked, piping hot, but dishes to suit all tastes. Pool area was lovely. Unfortunately still experienced sunbeds being taken by 7am. Some were even being reserved just after midnight. Embarrassingly it was mostly done by British tourists. Location was great. Just a nice stroll down to beach, restaurants and bars, but could be a killer going up so only 3€ in a taxi. Overall a very pleasant holiday.

It was such a great place to go. The all inclusive food could be better but I very much enjoyed my stay. I would love to go back again. Everything was close to the hotel. There’s a little shop which is very close. I’m already ready for trip number 2.

This is the second time visiting here, this time we went all inclusive because we had the kids with us. Yes the food is limited but we found something every mealtime! We heard people complaining but it isn’t a 5*hotel and for the price we paid it was fine! We liked the lunchtime food better although we did choose to eat out on an evening anyway. Can’t fault the drinks! The only bugbear was the sun loungers. People were putting towels out at 2am! I think the hotel need to manage this better, we often saw beds not being used until late afternoon, maybe if it’s not been used for an hour it needs removing! The rooms are as expected and always clean! Other than that we’d definitely come back, the location is perfect and the staff fantastic, Omar. Ana stood out to us.

Rooms are pretty modern some are 2 floors so there are a lot of steep steps. Make sure when booking state if you have accessibility issues. Food - enough choice for dinner and lunch. Great location 5min walk to the lovely beach, lots of shops and other bars & restaurants. Sunloungers all gone by 8am literally people arguing over sun loungers. Towels over sun loungers no one actually laying on them, I think there should be a hotel policy not allowing this. Unfair on others actually wanting a sunbed. You have to pay deposit for the aircon remote!! Strange ? Also have a €1 deposit fee for the cups around the pool. Staff were lovely and friendly. You pay for what you get, can’t complain. I would return I enjoyed my holiday.

Absolutely perfect reception staff so nice and friendly rooms amazing food an drink brilliant whole complex 10/10 I loved it il definitely be back best holiday yet thanks guys adios till next time my son will be with me on next visit can't wait

Absolutely amazing experience,nice weather,delicious freshly cooked food and salads, every meals was different dishes, lots of vegetarian options lovely staffs,clean,nice welcoming environment with freshly prepared mint water,helpful staffs,live music on Monday and Thursday,only wifi conn was not good....however I recommend this place

Just back from 5 days at Lanzarote palm the staff were very friendly and the rooms were ok but dated. There was only one mirror in the bathroom which isn't ideal when getting ready for the night. The beds were ok, but the air conditioning wasn't that good. We could only turn it on for five minutes at a time. The sun loungers around the pool were very dirty. We were all inclusive and found the drinks at the bar weren't good like Coke and Fanta; they tasted better in the restaurant. We weren't the only ones to complain about this. Breakfast was just a normal all-inclusive breakfast, which was fine. During lunch time, you could eat burgers and hotdogs until 6pm. They closed the buffet at 3.30 where there were mostly fish dishes, pasta, chips and salads. Although we didn't have any kids with us, there weren't really any kids' options except for chicken nuggets one day. This is the first ever all inclusive hotel I’ve been to this didn’t have any entertainment during the day or night time. Location was good up a slight hill but 5 minutes from the *****. I really like Lanzarote and have been a few times now but I wouldn’t return to this hotel.
