ShangYouyou Hotel (Lanzhou West Railway Station)

First of all, the hotel service is commendable, with free pick-up and drop-off throughout the trip. The boss upgraded a room type for free. I booked a light luxury king-size room and used a coupon to pay 99 yuan. It should be a residential hotel with four rooms. I'm not sure about the other room types, but the environment and decoration are very good. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the sound insulation is OK. There is still some room for improvement. The first is the bath towel, which is about the same size as a towel, not the common long one. Maybe my room type is not equipped with it. The second is that the wash basin and shower can be labeled with a hot and cold label, and the water pressure of the shower head 🚿 can be slightly stronger. In general, the price/performance ratio is good. The hotel I stayed in right in front of the West Station before was over 100 yuan and was not as well decorated as this one. It was also clean and hygienic. It is worth recommending. The boss is doing a booming business.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. In this cold season, the floor heating is really awesome. For people like us who come from the south, taking a nice hot bath feels extremely comfortable. Especially the boss personally picks us up at the station, with warm and thoughtful service. It feels so good to be at home. I will definitely stay here next time I come. I highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find, just 50 meters from Exit C of Tumendun Subway Station, and only a 2-minute drive to the West High-speed Railway Station. The staff is very enthusiastic. The little brother smiled and helped carry the luggage to the room. The service was very considerate. Although it is a multi-room B&B, the room facilities are still complete and very clean. The bed is made of latex mattresses and has central heating, so sleeping is very comfortable. There is also a drop-off service in the morning, which is very nice!

However, the discounted double room and the special single room are both public toilets, which is a little inconvenient. It would be better if you can inform them in advance before checking in.

It's quite noisy outside. Most of the things shown on the details page are not available. The sound insulation is not good. There are no soaps, disposable towels, etc. There is no refrigerator or microwave.
