The hotel staff knew we were traveling with a child and kindly helped combine the beds and provided children's toiletries in advance! The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the Lanzhou noodles which were very fragrant! The front desk lady was gentle and professional, and the concierge staff were very polite when handling our deliveries and even had hot water. It was a very pleasant stay."

It's basically a self check-in, you have to add someone on WeChat then you have to provide the information, for foreign passport you can't even do it so then you have to send the picture of the passport to the contact on wechat. All of this mess because this is actually not a one hotel but a multi purpose building with some floors renovated to hotel rooms. Also it's not at all clear where the entrance of the hotel is. It's a mess but the rooms are as described and displayed on the official images (good rooms)."

The room facilities are very new, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide, expansive view, perfect for overlooking Lanzhou's city nightscape or admiring the Taitai Pavilion on Gaolan Mountain in the distance."
