It was raining and the temperature dropped in Lanzhou on the night of my check-in, but luckily the hotel service completely saved the bad weather. Initially, the hot water in my room on the 48th floor wasn't hot enough, so I contacted the front desk to switch to another room on the same floor. The duty manager, Mia, showed me other rooms on the same floor and tested the water temperature. When she found that none of them met the standard, she arranged for me to move to the 36th floor. She even pre-tested the water temperature in the new room and helped me move all my luggage. The whole process was efficient and gentle, truly making me feel at home. I highly commend such professional service and will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Lanzhou!"
