It's a two-story commercial building on the outer ring of a residential area, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's breakfast was also quite good, with two hot dishes, fried rice, and fried noodles. It was a satisfying meal."

"The room overall was pretty good, very quiet, with no disruptive noise. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 5th floor, and a self-service restaurant on the 2nd. The front desk staff were very welcoming; seeing we had a child, they proactively offered kids' toiletries and slippers. There's a lounge area on the ground floor for relaxing and having tea. What's really convenient is that you don't even have to go downstairs to pick up takeout; a robot delivers it right to your room! It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle but still very close to Zhengning Road Night Market – just a short walk away. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and a small toy for the child, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience and hope to visit again."

"Every time we visit Lanzhou to see family, we stay at the Grand Hyatt. Room 3906 on the 39th floor has become a cherished memory for our family during each visit. The two-story accommodation is perfect for a family, and it's spotlessly clean. What truly surprised me was that all the water is purified and incredibly soft. Given that Gansu water is usually very alkaline, this small detail is really impressive. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again on my next trip to Lanzhou, and I hope they continue to maintain this excellent standard."

"Came to Lanzhou for a May Day holiday trip, and the hotel's service was impeccable, maintaining the high standards Holiday Inn always delivers. We even received complimentary snacks and fruit when checking in. We booked a family room for two adults and one child, and it was spacious and comfortable. They offer a choice of regular pillows or latex pillows, which is a nice touch. The beef noodles for breakfast were quite good, though it was a bit crowded. Just a small suggestion: the nightlight is positioned directly at the foot of the main bed. Whenever you move your feet or legs, like when turning over, the nightlight comes on, which isn't ideal for light sleepers."

"1. I booked two rooms for four nights each several months in advance. I specified a non-smoking policy. The first room I was given was filled with the strong smell of smoke and betel nut. My child couldn't stand it and vomited. I contacted the front desk and we were changed rooms. 2. I asked the front desk for a few extra clothes racks, but they said they didn't have any. 3. The laundry room didn't have laundry bags, and neither did the front desk. 4. There are about a dozen parking spaces in front of the hotel, but there's no dedicated security guard managing them, and the parking is very haphazard. 5. Otherwise, everything else was good."
