酒店交通便利，離地鐵口非常近；周邊環境不錯，有超市、商場及各種蘭州特色飯館，尤其是雲峯牛肉麪，非常好吃😄；老闆服務周到熱情，有求必應！LOFT房間佈置的温馨舒適，家居用品齊全，冰箱、洗衣機、加濕器（南方來的小夥伴必須有）、煮茶器等應有盡有，真正的賓至如歸！超讚，下次來還會選擇米蘭公寓！

非常不錯，環境舒適，床品乾淨，最主要的是洗漱用品真的不錯，都是家用的那種。房間有洗衣機，冰箱，微波爐，簡直就是一個小家呀。而且出門就是地鐵海關站，出行也很方便。

攜程顯示2點退房 給我説最遲一點半 住了三天 又是漏水讓我們換房 又是停電 也並沒有跟我們解釋道歉 讓人心裏感覺很不舒服 環境很好 住的也還行 就是前台讓人很不舒服 説話語氣 服務態度 換房的時候也是 語氣很不耐煩 明明是酒店的問題 搞的好像是我們的錯一樣 命令我們搬
