真的很好哦。這家酒店性價比很高！價位能有這品質，太驚喜了。房間乾淨敞亮，床品舒適，雙床房採光超棒。服務也很到位，工作人員熱情又耐心。周邊吃飯、出行都方便。以後出行，這家必須是我的首選！也會推薦其他朋友來蘭州的話就入住。

住酒店最怕手機電量告急，這次完全沒這顧慮！出門匆忙忘帶充電器，向前台求助，工作人員迅速找來適配的借給我。充電器嶄新好用，這一小小舉動，解決**煩，避免我因手機沒電而焦慮。服務細緻入微，超暖心，好感度拉滿，下次還住這兒！

過來這邊玩的，也不知道選哪個，就抱着試一試的心態選了飛天如意酒店，結果還不錯，位置在市中心，距離張掖路，黃河橋都很近，門口坐車也很方便，進去酒店給人第一感覺很好，會先看到前台服務人員燦爛的笑容，房間裏也是很舒服清新，藍色系列，衞生也乾淨，有事問前台也會立馬解決，真的乾淨挺不錯的了，性價比高，我想我下次來肯定還會來這兒的

酒店服務人員很熱情，而且非常樂於提供各種幫助，地理位置好，交通也挺方便的，出門就有公交車，房間打掃的也很乾凈，洗浴設備也不錯，水壓也很大，洗澡很舒服， 因為火車有點晚，而且礦泉水都是免費的，不夠了還可以繼續續，問前台可不可以免費延遲一下，前台立馬説可以給我免費延遲半個小時。時間剛剛好，讓我們又多休息了半個小時，性價比也很高，挺推薦這家酒店的

第一晚上衞生啥的還可以 所以點了續住，結果第二晚上的被套上面不是道是啥污漬，特別嚇人，還私信我要好評，不知道小姐姐是怎麼想的，想要好評，請做好自己的本職工作Ok？因為回去晚了就沒找他們換，第一晚上找我要好評，我全給了五星，而且房間味道一直臭臭的下水道味，不開窗户通風住不下去

之前住過一次，被子很臟，最後客服打電話態度挺好的，這次去靜寧路口辦事就又選擇了這家，因為衣服上不小心蹭了灰拍不乾淨，提前打電話問了酒店有沒有洗衣房，回覆是有的，所以辦理入住後第一時間詢問前台，告訴我在八樓，給我開的房間也是八樓，當時還覺得挺方便，到八樓找到房間拿着衣服找洗衣房，走了一圈也沒看到，隨即就打了前台電話詢問，可能是因為我入住時間過早，打擾了前台的正常睡眠，態度極其不耐煩的告訴我809，（在此我對於打擾到前台睡眠致以誠摯的道歉，説聲對不起，我的入住打擾到你的休息了，請原諒。）我前往809發現門是鎖的，這時候我也不好意思再次打電話打擾前台休息了，就拿着衣服回了房間，進入房間準備燒點水喝，這壺確定燒的水能喝？裡外都是黃色的污物，想想算了，洗洗睡吧，中午一兩點就要走，進入衞生間，這毛巾是認真的？呲着毛破着洞，上邊還有各種遺留的污物，穿着衣服湊合躺下後空調噪音和樓下的車聲，樓道里的説話聲一直就沒斷過，隔音出奇的差。
