老闆小夥子很熱情，到了已經很晚了，又是幫我拉東西又幫我計劃第二天行程。房間很乾凈，床很舒服，離黃河也不遠，總之是非常滿意的一次入住體驗，強烈推薦，有什麼本地或周邊的問題都可以諮詢老闆哈

有一説一沒有住過這麼無語的酒店，一進門就是一股味道，不知道是下水道還是什麼味，晚上洗澡也沒有熱水，水是温的，洗個澡水都流到走廊上，讓他們過來看，説是裝修問題？讓我自己把排水管口摳出來……然後拿了個拖把給我放門口，禮貌嗎？真的不知道好評怎麼來的……

房間乾淨整潔衞生條件很棒，床鋪整潔衞生，休閑度假出差都是首選住宿，老闆熱情，保潔阿姨負責做事認真，已推薦給朋友家人，下次來蘭州會再次入住

1:首先空調壞了温度一直下不來
2:衞生間沒有窗簾，而對面就是住户樓層。
3:訂房時顯示的兩點鐘退房，十二點竟然有人拿房間密碼直接打開門問我們是退房還是續住，告知我們一點鐘就要退房。
4:沒有免費停車。
體驗感非常差，這也是來新疆旅遊來回程中第一次給差評。
