The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Reviews

Was travelling as a group of 5 Adults and 1 infant. Had a pleasant surprise when we were upgraded to a 2-Bedroom Suite for free that comes with free parking. The view was terrific and stay was comfortable, right at the heart of the *****. Only qualms were some light were not working and there was no kettle. But it was perfect otherwise.

Very nice,clean and perfect location.we was a family of 8 with teenage!!

Had a blast, definitely checkout Superfrico and the Ski Lodge Great suite with great fountain views of the Bellagio fountains.

The room is newly renovated, clean, and bright. Toothbrushes and other amenities are provided in the bathroom. The television offers multiple channels. The hotel is located near the subway station, and there are plenty of dining options in the vicinity of the building.

Some front desk staff were undertrained and unfriendly, especially when we had a problem with keys. Duty manager was conciliatory, but the promised compensation has not been provided. Real shame as the hotel is stunning with amazing facilities and location. When MGM takes over, training of the main front desk staff must be prioritised. By contrast, Identity staff provided outstanding and efficient service, especially Jeffrey. I will definitely visit again, but avoiding front desk wherever possible.

Property location is excellent! Only drawback is cleaning of room was not attended to on the 3rd day despite repeated requests ( frustrating). Loved the room layout and was very comfortable with excellent view of the fountain. Linked by bridge to get across or diagonally to plenty of other hotels & restaurants. Starbucks on ground floor.

The room was big. Bathroom was clean. The house keeper did not clean the room. Complimentary bottled water should be asked in the front desk. No coffee in the room. Location was great!

First impression of the room is it’s HUGE. Very conveniently located just next to the fountain and walking distance to the *****. Marquee is in the building so it’s ultra convenient if you’re keen on clubbing. Lots of happenings onsite. Las Vegas is generally not a kids friendly place in my opinion so the large and comfortable room helps to make kids happy staying in.

The rooms are dated and filled with the smell of smoke. There are stains on the chairs and carpets. The check-in line is long and chaotic

Staff was very kind and room was very clean. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

Room is spacious and tastefully design. Only problem is the lighting was a little too dim to my liking. location is absolutely great in the middle of the ***** where all the actions are.

Excellent hotel with excellent location. However, if you want to gamble, you better be a high roller to get the proper services. Other than that, it is a good 5 stars hotel.
