The facility itself was convenient and clean, other than the sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. The bed was made but there was hair and black pieces of something on the sheets! I called the front desk and they brought us up another set. No apology…merely handed us the sheets. We did not eat the complimentary breakfast. We met others at a restaurant.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our room was on the quiet side of the hotel, had a fridge and comfortable king size bed. We would stay there again.

Don’t waste your time with this place Staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. Claimed not to have our reservation and blamed everything on *******. This happened to several others while we were there. Our first 2 nights were reserved but nights 3 and 4 were not. Breakfast was pathetic and rooms were average. Could be a great place with proper management ******* needs to remove this hotel from their list. Please save yourself the aggravation and book elsewhere.

Room was good. Hot tubs stank. Breakfast was poor. Eggs dangerously undercooked. No other protein. No fruit

The hotel was decent enough. We did find garbage in our room tucked against the bed. The room was warn out, the lamp shades were tattered, and the water pressure was a little weak.
Since we were basically there to sleep and were gone most of the day it was sufficient for our needs.
The hot tubs need attention and maintenance.

Breakfast was poor, check-in was terrible due to major technology disfunction & only 1 staff working, the lounge is operated by desk attendent---therefore, it was NOT a option & persons were told they'd need to wait, no attraction to ever stay unless I've seen real updates of rooms & honest ammenities

Great location to visit local attractions. Lots of room in the King Suite. Had to share one wash cloth - not sure why you can't have two. Family was separated on 2 floors - same type of room was not available on the same floor was given as the explanation.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked on ******* a few months ago for a king room with pets for 2 nights for $160. Upon arriving today, I was told I couldn’t have that room because pets were only allowed in a double bed rooms. I said ok that would be fine. The desk clerk said she had to cancel my ******* reservation and book the new one. Again that was fine. Upon rebooking my cost is $460! I had no other choice as the vacation towns hotels were booked. Once getting into my room, the bathroom has chipped paint, torn screen on windows, splattered paint on the floor and the room in general is tiny and unclean. My room was not cleaned up or restocked while we were out prior to the 2nd night. The included breakfast was only mini bagels, weak coffee and orange juice.

Nice location. Nice bar area. Nice staff. Courtesy rides to deadwood and back was great! Easy access to Mickelson trail.
Would defiantly stay again!
