前台服務熱情大方，業務熟練，每間房含可以份自助早餐帶了小孩加送了一份，挺感謝的，房間靠小區，晚上睡覺挺安靜的，前台見我們帶了小孩晚上還加送了被子，服務超讚，下次回來還會入住這家酒店

位置便利下高速口幾分鐘，在新城區晚上很安靜，空氣好，前台服務很熱情尤其是李瑞芳這位服務員見我手上有行李立馬過來幫忙提，我説很久沒回來了她就跟我聊聊冷水江的變化，真的太好了！還有房間也很喜歡，那種宮廷風格，房間衞生很乾凈，下次回來還住這，太滿意了！

床很大，床墊挺舒適的，裝修大氣古色古香的，大堂給人的視覺感特別的高大尚，前台小姐姐服務熱情，給我倒了一杯酸甜的檸檬水解渴，挺好喝的，交通也挺便利的，離辦事的地方挺近的

預訂的特惠入住時和朋友聊天説最近睡眠質量不是很好，前台小姐姐立馬就和我説幫我換個樓層高點的房間安靜些，瞬間挺感動的，這服務真的太貼心了，房間衞生乾淨整潔，早餐挺豐盛的，下次還會選擇這家入住

首先房間非常大，衞生細節很到位，洗手枱乾淨整齊，基本上是一塵不染，主要還是熱水很舒服，床也很容易入睡，早餐品種多，樓下就有美食街，方便快捷。還有酒店工作人員服務熱情，特別贈送了水果點心，這應該是冷水江最好的一家酒店了。非常好的一次入住體驗，下次來冷水江還想住這一家。

酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊配套齊全，房間中規中矩，需要説明一下，21樓高層電梯居然衹開了一部，入住時間在下午沒那麼明顯，早餐時間就很不夠用了，電梯使用者還包括樓上住户

1、硬件，總體不錯。沒有什麼挑剔的地方。
2、我夜晚12點10分準備睡覺，發展枕頭和墊背，全部有污漬，這個明顯是臟的，保潔工作要用心啊。本來，我發現牀頭櫃有頭髮，想想你們做保潔不容易，就拿幾根頭髮説事，感覺對你們太苛刻，所以，一般的衞生問題，我也不會留言評論，擔心你們會被扣工資，但是，但是，但是，這枕頭和被套，這麼明顯的污漬，你們也不更換，這就有點説不過去了吧？？這麼晚了，我也不通知你們服務員來換了，將就一下，希望你們工作還要細心一點哦。
總結：這次體驗感非常差。
