We spent only a night in this hotel, it was great. We needed a quiet hotel with sauna near to our home. The receptionist speak good german, the food was delecious, and the coctails excellent. There are 2 rooms for children, both of it are on the ground floor, far from the guestsrooms.

Ein preiswertes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen, mehrere Becken mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturen des Wassers, schöne Umgebung zum Radfahren, liegt unweit der slowenischen Grenze. Diverse gesundheitliche Angebote gibt es. Man spricht deutsch.

Zimmer sehr sauber und groß und wurde immer top gereinigt. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allinclusive annehmbar, einzig Mittagessen im Thermenrestaurant sehr wenig Auswahl. Abends fuhren am hoteleigenem Parkplatz 5-6 Jugendliche mit ihren Rädern und Scootern immer Rennen und schlängelten sich durch die geparkten Autos der Hotelgäste durch. Bei Kratzern oder Dellen am Auto bleibt man als Geschädigter auf den Kosten sitzen. Obwohl durch die Rezeptionisten einsehbar und Videoüberwachung scheint das niemanden zu interressieren. Für Raucher würde ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, denn bei Regen wird man im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes im Regen stehen gelassen. Keine kleinste Überdachung. Ärger ist es noch in der Raucherzone beim Restaurant in der Therme. Da muß man schon Glück haben, wenn man überhaupt Aschenbecher vorfindet, auch keine Rede von einer Überdachung oder trockenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein Standaschenbecher würde zumindest das Problem mit den Zigarettenstummeln lösen. Im Großem und Ganzen ein annehmbares Hotel. h.f.
