The bar on the first floor of the hotel is open until 11 o'clock in the evening, where you can have a few beers or other drinks. There are flocks of wild ducks in the park near the hotel, which is a good place for parent-child activities.

After arriving, I found out that it was the Plaza Inn listed on ***********. It was merged on August 1st. No wonder it was the same place when I googled it. Leonberg was originally an industrial area. The hotel environment is okay. There is a big shopping mall next to it and a big park on the other side. It seems that there are many Turks around the Khrushchev building. Opposite is an apartment under construction. The elevator is old and makes a lot of noise. The room is not big, but clean. We booked the last room and it was upgraded to an executive room. The only difference seems to be that it has air conditioning. It also has coffee and soda. There is a paid private parking garage with a gate, which is very safe. However, because the front desk was too busy and there was a small problem, the parking fee was waived. The attitude was very good. I will stay here again next time I come to this area.

Just uncomfortable room old and dingy. Small rooms. Staff is clueless and does not care about customers at all. Stay away. There are far far better choices in Luxembourg

Was the Amber Hotel until August. Will be refurbished soon. Currently a little outdated but kept very clean with all the usual bathroom complementaries. Friendly helpful staff in all areas. Receptionists fluent in English. Bottle of water each day and silent fridge. Parking outside but there is a charge, and hotel is right on the edge of the central park Window rattled when on latch and building site over the road started at 7.30am so disturbed sleep but not the hotels fault. Breakfast €12 was a wide range of breads, cheese, cereals, etc with cooked eggs, bacon, hash browns. Note that few eateries are open on a Sunday so advise to have the hotel breakfast that morning as the cafes nearby on the main street that do open start after 10am and appear to be frequented only by middle aged men.

Formerly the Amber Hotel, this was taken over by Plaza Inn in August (2023). It is on the edge of the large city park which is well laid out with sculptures, gym equipment, playgrounds, paths and a fountain with stream and very near the Leo (shopping) Centre. My room was on the 6th floor, really clean, quiet and comfortable though a little tired. The bathroom had the usual complementaries. German hotels only provide a bottle of water in the room and not tea and coffee making facilities nor a fridge. You won't find many cafes open nearby on a Sunday, and those that do, open after 10am. So, I took the hotel breakfast at 12 Euros which was an eat-as-much-as-you-want buffet that included scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon and hash browns as well as a selection of cereals, breads, fruit, cheese and cold meats with tea and coffee from a machine. It was worth the money as it started early (6.30am) and I could sit there as long as I wanted. The staff were really friendly throughout the hotel and the Reception staff spoke fluent English. I was told that the hotel was being refurbished over winter and bedrooms would be updated. The only slight ****** was that the window, when open at a tilt, rattled in the wind and there were building works over the road which were out of the control of the hotel, but meant that the window had to be closed when I was in the room. I found this hotel good value for a couple of nights, but if the price is increased after the planned updating, it might be more viable to go to a local Gasthaus.

Property is very clean. Staff is nice. I do believe the rooms need some updates but overall, very great condition.

Waiting for car repairs in the summer heat wave, my two kids and I could stay in a simple but clean and air conditioned business room (extra bed and kids under 12 are free). Great service, breakfast was an absolute blast. We opted for late checkout, and were not charged for it. Located right next to the lovely Stadspark, a real recommendation.

Hôtel 4* but with a real refurbishment need. Still in the 90° Some renovation on going but sorry it is not acceptable to rent room not finished and with some work sur on going un the bathroom. You have to stop thé booking of the floor, finish and rent again after. My colleague paid the bottle of water because the tap water was orange. Sorry it’s not normal when you pay 100€. However the restaurant and the staff is fine.

This hotel is in a great location with very good staff and offers an outstanding breakfast buffet. Parking lot next door, pleasant rooms and the hotel is currently in the middle of a renovation program - highly recommended.

Honestly, it was better than I originally thought. Rooms were clean. Hotel staff were really nice. Lobby was hot because of the fact that no AC was installed. Wi-fi was a real disappointment. It was very slow
