I asked before I arrived for help with transportation. It was very difficult.
Every time I called from the Venue we went to, to try and get a ride back to the hotel they kept hanging up on me. Who ever was answering would not respond on the other end and hung up.
Leaving us basically stranded. Very poor communication!!!!

Horrible experience! Pictures aren’t accurate; everything in this hotel is old. Smell in the pools is unbearable so they could not be used. Only part which seems decent costs 45 euros extra. Airconditioning started pouring water. Staff told us it was fixed but it wasn’t. When we told this the next day there was no apology possible. Breakfast was disgusting with old bread. Conclusion: have been to many hotels but this was for sure one of the worst experiences of my life! Don’t go here!

First off, this is a medical wellness spa as well as resort. So there’s a vintage hospital feel , which we happened to love. The staff was kind and tolerated our lack of Italian. The fixe-prix dinner was great! And breakfast and spa access were included. No restaurants nearby on weekdays and you need a car to access

The benefit that this water reserves is incalculable. Maybe people mistake chlorinated pools for "spas", so they have to come here to understand the difference! We were in the water from 10am to 6pm, floating and breathing well-being! The entire trea**ent center is in order. Everyone was very kind. The sauna is a real powerful sauna, as is the steam bath. The gym has great machines. Furthermore, the park with ancient trees is wonderful. So much substance that makes this spa center a special place with an excellent quality-price ratio. Above all: salt water gives fantastic smooth skin with a lifting effect that surprised me!!!! We will be back in October to do the thermal mud too! Sabrina

Disappointing to say the least.... The spa facility needs renovation, it's old, you can see rust in many places and the changing rooms are full of limescale and yellowish stains, the pools don't have the indicated temperature... the hotel is a 4 star just for the price... In our room the bathroom door didn't close and even though I was with my husband, I think it's also a fundamental thing for hygiene... the soap dispenser for washing hands didn't it worked, the Jacuzzi had the knob detached and it didn't work and the toilet flush remained blocked and often either water continued to come out or it no longer loaded water into the tank.... we promptly reported everything and were told that they would do it I present everything to the maintenance worker who met the next morning half an hour before leaving... When it comes time to check out I present everything to the lady at the reception who looks at me with a disconsolate expression and tells me "a disaster.. We could have changed the room..." The bill arrives...12 euros discount!!!! Ridiculous....NEVER MORE...TRULY DISCERKING!!!!! Ah..I forgot...be careful at the restaurant.... Ask for a glass of wine and they give you the bottle..... whoever I've heard has had the same "problem"!!! Last observation... breakfast... Absolute savings!!!!
