大哥人超級好，因為我們是攜寵出行，約的順風車從北京過來的，出行很不方便，狗子年紀大了行動力很差，多虧了房東大哥熱情周到，總是能在我無奈的時候一條微信就出現在面前，開車來回接送，不談錢的熱情真是感覺人在他鄉的感動！！！房子乾淨整潔，小區物業非常贊，即使是大半夜到的也經常看到保安在巡邏，在大狗走不動的時候驚喜的發現他們還有免費的小推車借用！這裏真的一切都很讓人驚喜！衹要有房東在，就沒有後顧之憂！

小區挺安靜的，好像住户不是很多，離海邊很近步行就可以。浴場人也不多，離市區比較遠適合自駕遊的。
