入住這家酒店，總體感覺還不錯，晚餐吃的藏式火鍋，份量很足，味道也很好。飯後温泉泡上一會兒，消除了一天的疲勞。客房也很乾凈。酒店服務員也很熱情，還提醒我們雪天開車注意事項。總之入注這家酒店還可以，下次來還住這家酒店。

我們來的時候灑店把地暖己經打開了，很貼心，床上很乾凈，兩個1.5×2的床.有個落地陽台寬敞明亮棒棒噠，餐廳的湯鍋不錯，分量足，性價比高，推薦推薦。

真不知道攜程是怎麼評的4鑽，你買600多一間無所謂，但是你怎麼對得起4鑽的等級，每次按攜程評級選酒店，這次簡直是大跌眼鏡！看網站上的照片和攜程介紹是2020年裝修，入住後發現酒店簡直是一會臟亂差了得！屋裡角落塵土和毛髮，連枕頭都是異味！害得老婆一宿沒枕枕頭！早餐可以吃飽，不過菜基本都是涼的！

不推薦。
一、房間設施老舊，有異味，整晚都需開窗通風。
二、温泉衹有室內的3、4個小湯池，且不通風，室內極易缺氧。
三、温泉水不乾淨，泡完回房後大腿開始瘙癢，且密集的起小紅疹。

大家千萬不要訂這家酒店，非常糟糕，房間設施簡陋，就如同火車站的招待所，服務人員態度惡劣，還要跟客人吵架，房費高，性價比超低。元旦預訂了該酒店最貴的大床房，晚上入住發現地暖是壞的，整個房間冰冷，服務員讓我換了另一間大床房，地暖依然不起作用，晚上洗澡也沒有熱水，畢棚溝這麼冷的天，冷的瑟瑟發抖。第二天去找酒店工作人員，工作人員還一再詭辯，完全不承認是酒店的問題，還跟客人吵架。酒店早餐也很爛，完全不值花這麼貴的價錢！

優點:到酒店已經是晚飯時間，餐廳裏的氂牛肉湯鍋很不錯。服務員態度不錯，熱情周到。湯池很大。房間有地暖
缺點：房間區域性有地暖，牆面比較老舊聽説快重裝了。湯池温度低。

當時訂它是看他在景區裏，圖着去景區方便，結果住他這要進景區還得走30分鐘才能進景區，幸虧有個酒店工作人員開車送我才免得走這麼遠
