酒店環境沒的説，高山雲海空氣好，但是酒店很多設施是用木材，酒店分兩層，我們訂房時沒有樓層選擇，來到時被告知衹有一樓的房間了，可能是因為山裡麪潮濕又經常下雨的原因，黴味很重，温泉也沒有全部開放，本來就衹有幾個池子，不夠盡興，另外吃的東西可選擇性太少了，價格不便宜，味道也一般，景區的工作人員好像也見到幾個，有些設施沒人管的，引導不夠清晰。

本來想着看掛冰的，可惜天氣不似預期，沒看到。原本訂的房間是沒泡浴的，經過協商換了一個房間，就泡上葯浴了。中間有點小插曲，房間突然沒電了，店家快速地為我們換了房間，還是挺滿意。

房間與想象中一致，設施簡單但所需功能齊全，有暖氣。工作人員態度及服務效率都挺好。來看冰掛及雪的，都看到了。道路結冰不能出山老闆積極協調解決續住問題，點贊！

600多定的湯泉房，衹有一個破木桶泡，户外池一個都沒有開，説要開的話一個池要580元，帶了一個小孩門票加收了65元含早餐，所謂的早餐衹有每人一個雞蛋，炒粉，白粥，空氣是好的，這個可以承認，但是上山的路開得老手司機都手心冒汗，我們自己帶了食材先借個地方野餐，説要180元，反正這個景區什麼都要加收錢，沒有下次

非常滿意，酒店就在景區內，我是預先在網上訂好房的，可以免門票直接開車到山莊門口，有停車位，很方便，入住時剛好遇上降温，可以到山莊後山觀賞冰掛，真的很美。房間很漂亮，乾淨，我訂的是湯泉房，登山回來還可以泡泡葯浴很舒服，前台服務員非常熱情，周到，下次還要來。
