酒店就在火車站附近，距離白塔公園很近，步行幾分鐘就到，還有滿鐵圖書館舊址，還有廣佑寺，公園裡很熱鬧。

連續住了兩天，第一天，房間的紙抽盒裡麪沒有紙不説，還有一個用過的避孕套袋子，淋浴頭是那種特別老舊還沒有蓋子的那種，第二天早上8點出門讓他們收拾衞生，下午3點回來還沒收拾，説當天退房40多間收拾不過來，真是搞笑，我説那就不用收拾了，給我拿卷衞生紙和牙刷吧，打了兩次電話，晚上7點半才送來，天南海北住了不下200家賓館，第一次遇到性價比這麼差的酒店，130一夜，咱不敢奢求多麼好的服務，多麼高檔的設施，但是最起碼的衞生打掃還是要有的吧？

酒店衞生環境很不錯，而且距離遼陽站非常近，酒店門口有很多條公交線路，去哪裡都很方便，交通十分便利。就是一些住宿的用品沒有配備。例如香皂、梳子，希望可以完善一下就更好了。

酒店離火車站非常近，一出地下隧道走五分鐘就到了，酒店附近是白塔公園，酒店樓下有家板麪館吃早餐也方便。

位置不錯，出門走不到十分鐘就到火車站了，幾分鐘就到白塔公園，吃飯也方便，白塔公園旁晚上有夜市，酒店旁邊走路五分鐘就有吃飯的地方，樓下也有一個麪館，去景點的公交車也挺方便，但是酒店隔音太不好，隔壁房間説話的聲音都能聽到，房間設施也比較簡單，勝在服務態度很好，衹是住了一晚，也沒有太多要求了，能住就行了

酒店離火車站非常近，步行不到10分鐘，交通便利。白塔公園就在酒店的後面，不臨街的房間打開窗户就能看到白塔了，除了逛公園和廣佑寺很方便之外，白塔公園的夜市也是當地特色。
前台服務很貼心，安排一個不臨街的房型，窗外是鐵路一個單位的大院，非常安靜。
房間還算乾淨，廁所床品都沒有異味。但設施這一塊是一大短板。
首先是WiFi，現在大多數酒店都是一間房一個路由器，酒店還是採用樓層共享路由器的方式，所以網絡非常慢。
其次是電視，因為沒有網絡，所以電視不能投屏，而且電視機還是壞的，屏幕上方是花屏的。
最後，房間裏熱水器的插座是接觸不良的，衹好去廁所裏面燒開水。
總體來看，如果對上網和看電視要求不高的客人，酒店還是可以打5分的，但如果這方面要求高的話，可能就不想給分了。

房間乾淨整潔距離火車站近下樓就有美味的烤肉供大家朋友聚餐或者情侶約會更有出門不到500米就能走到的火車站

應該之前是如家旗下，但現在應該不是，但攜程APP顯示酒店名稱依舊使用如家。差得很，走廊充斥着發黴的味道，房間設施老舊，風筒也沒有。估計不會再選擇這家。
