房間乾淨衞生，環境幽靜安靜，服務非常良好，設施較新，停車非常方便，房間還主動給做了升級，周邊出行方便

很多年前，這邊開業的時候來過一次，路不好走，但是裏面讓人很驚喜，很多年再來，路依然不好走，導航衹有一條路，天黑天雨路滑，進酒店的路有很多積水和坑，事後酒店説是路政挖的，但是進入酒店的幾十米的路，就算是市政乾的，酒店就當是做公益愛心也可以拿小石子鋪滿不是，畢竟當地人一般不會來住，旅行團也不是天天來關照，不過酒店裡麪的設施設備還是維護較好，就是被子太重太厚，空調是沒了，一個晚上休息不好，一大早樓下的人大呼小叫，也就這樣了，不過價格還是很便宜

房間衞生和床鋪都挺好的，可能因為是老年公寓改的，很多適合老年人使用的設施。
但是除了房間，其它就都不太好。連住兩晚，門卡還得去前台續，餐券還得每天給，早餐也是挺簡陋的，出車也要每次都跟前台報車號。這個服務系統可太麻煩了。
泳池水温挺低，達不到室內恆温泳池的程度，而且中午12點半才開，基本小孩不怎麼能玩。
開車進去的路也不是很方便，總之除了房間之外，其它都不達預期。

物有所值，地段好，環境優美，客房面積大，熱水、電視、空調都不錯，早餐中規中矩，有地下車庫，停車方便。到各景區比較方便。推薦。

這類房型都在酒店最前面的一棟樓，別墅有4棟，每棟3層一梯兩户，洋房是單獨一棟樓。房間挺大的，夠用了。有中央空調。早餐雖然比不上五星級，基本上是純中餐，但絕對沒那麼不堪，可以一吃，晚上門口挺熱鬧的。

房間很大很乾凈，還有一個陽台，很意外，前台美女小姐姐服務很好，送了零食盤，由於利川的氣候晝夜温差大，我們還想怎麼沒空調，前台小姐姐耐心解釋了一下，並幫我們開了通風，陽台門開着睡覺確實比空調都舒服。離騰龍洞很近，下次來利川還會選擇住這裏。
