Vacation Village in Williamsburg really was everything we had hoped for. Clean, spacious, and the kitchen was essential for our family! My children loved the pool and playground, both which were lovely and clean. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, and you absolutely can't beat the price. We were visiting Jamestown, which was about a 15 minute drive but I also appreciate that we could access groceries and gas in 10 minutes. Beautiful landscaping, lots of activities and amenities - an overall wonderful experience. Truly 10/10.

I stayed last month and enjoyed myself, but this time a month later there were some things I was unhappy about. For a resort I feel the rooms should have an oven. The room I had last month had a flat stove top. This time it has a hot plate. I called and asked for a pan be bought to the room to cook breakfast and never received it. I had $10 taken as a deposit to look at a property but ended up not being able to go and was told it was non refundable. I was not told that when I first did it. When I when to guest services when I checked out the lady was not welcoming at all. I honestly don’t think I’ll be back as I’m annoyed that I lost out on $10.

Our stay was beautiful it was my daughter 14th b day so 4 of her friends came woth us n we pamperd ourselves enjoyed pool ,tennis,Game Room as well. Saw few deers so beautiful. Staff was awesome as well .

Overall stay was fantastic for me and my family. The only downside was that my 1 year old kept finding random things in the room from previous guests.

I came down for a bowling tournament and it was conveniently closed by. Night time was quiet had a good night sleep. Only negative was at check in when I gave cash for my deposit the lady still charge my card $150. Besides that I had a great weekend stay.

I didn't like the fact that it was ants everywhere in my kitchen it was unsanitary and I couldn't barely cook because ants were in the drawer with the silverware along the sink in the sink and heading towards the refrigerator. When I spoke to the manager about getting a partial refund he told me that it was nothing that he could do but he can give me a free night if I was to book with them again but why would I want to book somewhere there was unsanitary why do I have to pay to stay somewhere to get a free night for not being clean and sanitary.very disappointed. I did like the quietness and it was easy to park.

Great value for a February stay. The suite was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Located just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Overall good experience.
