Enorme Serenity Spritz - Adults Only

We stayed only one night in this cute hotel which is difficult to find the GPS.. Amazing location, on the sea in a central point that allows you to be very close to shops, taverns and also to a beach for swimming if you wish. The reception served us politely and informed us that it closes at 6 pm. The room is nicely decorated but with a big disadvantage in the very small and not at all functional bathroom-shower.. What made the best impression on us were the happy ladies in the breakfast room where admittedly it had the most amazing view!!! The cheerful and smiling lady showed special interest in her guests with hugs and kisses..Genuine Cretan hospitality..She should be given a special mention and a very good bonus from the owners of the business... We thank her for her positive energy !!!

We stayed in a sea view room on the. The view was nice. The following things bothered us: bathroom much too small, brackets came loose from all walls, poor soundproofing, breakfast was very monotonous. Due to the direct location on the promenade, you were often woken up by drunken teenagers who ran bawling through the streets (didn't sleep through the night). Since the hotel has only been renovated, little seems to have been done to the insulation of the rooms. You could hear many actions of the neighbors in room volume. Directly in front of the hotel there is the possibility to go into the sea. Small access for about 20 people on rocks or stones (water shoes are recommended). The surrounding beaches, which can be reached on foot, are very rocky. And mostly belong to hotels or restaurants. The beach chairs there are very tightly placed (set €10). Depending on where you are, you may not be allowed to bring your own food or drinks. The positive is the super friendly staff. This was always helpful and nice. We would definitely not come back again, maybe it's more for couples who are out to party. Regards

Small, well-kept hotel with very friendly staff. Each individual department was very accommodating. Breakfast lady, room lady and reception very friendly. The beach is right in front of the door. If you are looking for a hotel with a feeling of welcome, without a big all-inclusive but with a heart, this is the place to be. Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to recommend it to family and friends after our experience.
