The staff at the hotel were friendly, the location was great, and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. Shuttle service is very convenient also.

The hotel facilities are very new, and it is 5-6 minutes away from the airport, which is very convenient. The airport bus runs every half an hour, and you can register at the front desk in advance, and the car may leave earlier. The front desk service is very good. The car that was originally scheduled for 6:20 just left at 10 minutes, and the waiter immediately helped to call the car back to pick us up. Thank you very much.

We were there for four days and every evening when we returned there was no parking. You had to park on the street. I am handicap and there were no handicap parking as well. I really don't think I will be staying there again. Not at that location.
As far as the cleanliness over all it was good.

The facility is great and very convenient but the front desk stuff can be a little more friendly and cordial. There was a fire alarm activated at midnight and the person at the front desk DID NOT SPEAK A WORD to let the anyone now what the situation was. Very unprofessional and zero customer service skills. Other than that the place was great

The directions I received from the front desk to pickup the shuttle from the airport were incorrect. I waited outside in 22 degree weather for a half hour. The ride from the airport to the hotel took 5 minutes. People were smoking in their room and set off the smoke alarm for the entire hotel at 12 midnight. It took the fire depar**ent 20 minutes to get to the hotel. It would be helpful if Travelocity could include the front desk number on the confirmation. It took me 15 minutes to find the hotel’s number.

Never stayed at a Laquinta and probably wont ever again. The elevator constantly got stuck, basic items in the room werent inside like soap. The fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and no one came out to alert anyone when we could come in, the toilet was broken and the continuously ran. Our cards were deactivated twice. And the cleanliness was a joke....

Shuttle from airport needs improvement. Location was different than previous years. Took about 75 minutes to get shuttle and we had 2 elderly people and it was very cold out. Part of the issue was waiting in old pick up location. But waited about 45 minutes in correct location and had called property several times.

The hotel was fine for staying the night to get a transfer to the BWI airport. However, a fire alarm went off at midnight which disturbed my sleep.
