本來可以5⭐的，價格實惠還有早餐，可是服務太爛，真是一顆老鼠屎毀所有，服務行業最重要的不就是服務品質嗎？開個發票還拖來拖去，一催再催，就是不理人。

2023年了，顧客想24小時洗熱水澡都不能滿足？？？勸大家別來，客人衹能半小時半小時一個一個排隊洗熱水澡呢，不然就衹能幹凍着洗冷水澡，管你是有泡沫沒泡沫，身體好身體不好，就兩個字“等着”，來你家三四次了，次次都沒熱水，次次都説洗澡的人多要等等，我晚上7點洗澡人多，我上午十點洗澡的人還多？？這麼猛的入住率能不能花錢改建一下熱水啊！什麼叫24小時熱水？？什麼叫24小時？？我現在衹能洗冷水澡是因為我不在地球不用24小時區時嗎？？？
一問解決方法就是沒有解決方法，打電話給前台前台也衹會在顧客投訴的時候把電話拿的遠遠的，衹要你不問她就不説話，冷處理。滾啊！發著燒想洗熱水澡是什麼很過分的要求嗎？？？
