Be advised: This room is in the Bairro Alto neighbourhood which is code for PARTY CENTRAL. It looks like a series of alleys in the day time, but at night it is alive with a ton of great restaurants and clubs nearby so it's noisy until 3 am.
There are no windows in this room, except on the door, which is street level. The door is thin enough to hear everyones conversation as they walk past.
While the kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was not. There are no toiletries included with the room and THAT INCLUDES SOAP. THERE WAS NO SOAP (or dish soap)
The bed is basically a foamy mattress. Everything looks like it has been purchased at the dollar store including the fan and chair - functional but flimsy.
It smelled like bleach upon entry, so it is cleaned.

Dishonest agency which does not reimburse the deposit paid (€250), once you have returned to your country. Very difficult to get them on the phone. Claim that the money has been returned to the account and even that it is my bank's fault if I do not see the amount arriving in my account after a month! A real well-oiled scam, where the Homing agency takes advantage of the geographical distance to deceive tourists.

HORRIBLE apar**ent, to avoid! Missing half of the furniture (TV, microwave, washing machine, etc.), moldy walls, hygiene when we arrived was catastrophic. The door was even broken at the entrance. We reported it to the agency who did nothing and did not want to make us an offer or change apar**ents. For 10 days we couldn't go anywhere else... We decided to clean, wash the sheets etc but we felt really bad there. 2 days after our arrival, we were robbed (+ €4,000 combined, MacBook, jewelry, clothing, perfumes... and so on) The agency had no insurance and nothing was reimbursed. We had our stay ruined, the agency cleared customs and didn't help us. Catastrophic stay and dishonest people I advise against x10000 In addition we were asked to pay extra in cash when we arrived under the pretext that we were 10 minutes late. I hope that one day someone will be able to bring this agency to justice which is not at all professional and which is ripping off these clients.
