The House on the Pink Street in Lisbon

This very nice little hotel has a great location near Cais do Sodre station, so it is very easy to get there from the airport. Also, many of the most important attractions are easy to reach from there. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are cozy and well equiped; there was an open kitchen in the room with everything you need f ex dish machine , wash machine, flat iron etc. Best part was however the best staff ever. They were very helpful and friendly and we got excellent tips where to go and where to eat. Since the price per night was also reasonable this will definitely be my choice next time I travel to Lissabon 😊

Amazing apartment for stat, so clean and amazing cosmetics and bathroom. For us details so important. But no sleepers in the room. Great bed. Everybody says Joana says she is so friendly in the greeting but our check-in made by another person and it was not good

We stayed at the House on Pink Street which was very convenient to all sites in Lisbon. Everything was within walking distance including restaurants, historical sites, and the Time Out Market. Our one bedroom apartment/hotel was very clean and well equipped with kitchenware and utensils. There were even snacks and drinks in the fridge for us. The cleaning staff were very accommodating and came by daily. Our concierge Joana was wonderful and contacted us even before we arrived. She managed all our needs and made our stay even better. We had an afternoon walking tour with Miguel the day we arrived who was superb and gave us a great introduction to the city. The next day, we did a morning walking tour with Ana who had tremendous knowledge and took us up the hill to the castle.

While there were many highlights to staying at THOPS, at the top of the list are the hosts: Joana and John. From their messages before our arrival to their incredible attention to detail to their tidal wave of friendliness — these people are at the top of their game

Every aspect of this apartment was really well thought through. Everything you need is there. There is even a selection of very smart umbrellas, although I was lucky and didn't see any rain during my visit to Lisbon. My apartment was a beautiful spacious room with lovely tall windows. Bathroom, living area and bedroom were fabulous. There are delicious free drinks, fruit and biscuits and many other treats including a guided evening walk. It's extremely comfortable and the location in central Lisbon near the shopping district and the old town is perfect. However, for me by far the best aspect of this accomodation was the amazing staff, especially Gonzalo and Joana. They were incredibly helpful to me when I had to suddenly leave my previous accommodation. They made everything so simple and treated me with great kindness. I was a woman travelling alone, and they made me feel that I had friends in Lisbon who were looking out for me. I have been all over the world in the past 25 years and have never before found such a welcoming place. Do not hesitate to book. You will have a wonderful stay!

Let me tell you a secret, visiting Lisbon Without Staying at House on Pink Street is a big mistake. We stayed in this hotel for almost a week. A family of four with two busy kids. We rented an apartment with two bedrooms. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming. Especially The manager, Joana Was super nice. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about Lisbon and helped us with almost everything that we needed. By the end of the stay, Joana was practically a family member. The place was clean and beds were Very comfortable. We travel to Europe frequency, and this hotel was the top choice so far. we will definitely go back to Portugal and stay at House on Pink Street. Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity.

Very nice and comfortable stay in pleasant and large studios. Joana and Veronica were very helpful in organising our stay at the House in the Pink Street as well as the private tour that made us discover the buties of Sintra. We really enjoyed our stay at the house on pink street. We parked close by - used the app Par Click. The parking was called Saba Praca do municiplio. 108 euros for 4 days. We had the breakfast delivered to the hotel on one morning and it was even better than it looked in the pictures in the room. I highly recommend getting it. The apartment was small but it had everything you could need including a washing machine and kitchen. It was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The location was very central. We didn’t notice any noise. We were on the 4th floor. The staff were very kind and caring to us and helped us with recommendations and just were genuinely nice people. I enjoyed staying here
