I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and it is always outstanding. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms are excellently furnished and supplied with amenities. The staff are wonderful- friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I would particularly like to commend Tania at the front desk. I am looking forward to my next visit, and I will continue to recommend this hotel to family and friends.

My 2 daughters and I stayed at the Almalusa Hotel (Baixa/Chiado) in Lisbon for 4 nights. Our room was very nice, clean and well presented. The reception staff were attentive and nothing was too much for them. I would recommend this hotel in a lovely quiet place.

Excellent location, good facilities and clean . I found the staff to be polite and extremely friendly. I was particularly impressed with how the manager dealt with my concern promptly and professionally . It is pleasing to see how actively he listened and despite difficulties he managed to deal with our request satisfactory. I am still at the hotel for a few more nights and highly recommend this hotel.

We had a really lovely experience at this hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The rooms are nicely decorated with great space and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. We enjoyed have evening drinks in the outside seating area by the restaurant. You can’t beat the location.

It is a very nice hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Very well serviced by the metro. Our room was very clean, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the town. The breakfast was very good with a wide food selection. The hotel roof top bar is super nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. We will come back.

Gem of a hotel. Rooms super comfy and stylish. All staff from reception to bar so helpful and friendly and they all smile. Great location. Within 5 min walk to main shops and restaurants. The hotel has a nice cosy bar which is perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. Highly recommend this hotel

Excellent staff! Attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, the restaurant served a tasty breakfast spread. We arrived long before check-in and the staff was accommodating, both with our luggage, but also chilled a bottle of wine we'd purchased. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon.

This hotel is wonderfully located in Lisbon, with a fabulous combination of a great location while also being quiet. Having been to many hotels in European centres, what sets this one apart for me is this combination. Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and no negative experiences at all. The rooms were lovely, with some nice touches. Food in mornings was good, and staff were extremely friendly. Appropriate availability of English speaking staff, and very helpful with a range of details (tours, airport pick up and drop off, etc).

Room splendid only outdone by the quality of service in the restaurant and at the front desk. Wonderful front desk staff--Claudia, Ruben, Bruno, Tamia, Manuel, & Tiago. Strongly recommend this well located hotel. Bob PS Great good night gifts found on one's bed
