I 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

I stayed in hotel for 4 days I wish I had more time , excellent hotel, clean good facilities but the stuff are amazing I want specially to mention Rita and Carry they did more than expected and made my stay memorable, I strongly recommend this hotel 5 stars from happy guest , Branko

性價比很高又有特色的酒店，既有酒店又有民宿，還有無邊泳池，風景超好，還順道就近遊玩了老君洞，地理位置好，交通方便，環境整體温馨幽靜，感覺不到嘈雜。房間衞生整潔，非常乾淨，採光又好。前台熱情服務，態度親切感非常好服務也非常到位。服務人員也很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助。下次還會選擇這裏。

酒店周邊景觀優美，房間寬敞明亮，設施佈局合理，空調和燈光控制器靈活好用，室內環境整潔乾淨，床上被忱衞生舒適，洗漱用品齊全，早餐豐富可口，停車位不緊張，隨時可以使用，硬件設施完全達到五星級酒店的標準，但大堂客服小妹座着服務，看不到微笑，態度一般。總之，進大堂登記時，沒有感受到五星級酒店的基本服務標準：微笑，問好！

酒店大堂環境特別好，處處綠色生機，還有一顆歷史悠久的大樹，前台的範范小姐姐服務特別好，很熱情，酒店的房間設施非常棒，房間含早餐，都是自助的，比較豐富，景區環境優美，適合出遊，是一次愉快的出行，下次還會再來這個設計感滿滿的酒店。

酒店早餐不錯，酒店區域和民宿區域各有特色，硬件設施在當地算一流，交通也比較方便；另外縣城有幾家地道的館子，適合住酒店期間在融水當地玩水和體驗美食，對比其他人從眾的地方，體驗拉滿

服務：工作人員都很有禮貌，包括客房清潔的阿姨遇到都會打招呼，服務方面沒得説。
環境：可能酒店綠化太好，導致有非常多的蟲。天上飛的地上爬的都見到了，房間建議還是做一下消殺比較好，在床頭看到蜘蛛，桌子下面還有不知名的甲蟲。。。
衞生：剛進房間廁所的時候，聞到一股空氣清新劑+尿味。圖片床單跟被子照全是實拍，洗完澡準備上床睡覺才發現，真的看起來很臟，雖然工作人員有解釋床單是更換過的，但清洗不乾淨也確實讓人不舒服。。。
設施：房間中央空調很給力值得表揚！但是網速很慢很慢，想用手機投屏看視頻基本都是一卡一卡的。還有本來床離電視的距離就非常遠了，電視安放的位置還在角落，坐沙發上看會被櫃子裝飾品遮擋。
贈送老君洞景區門票2張:酒店有超強的地理優勢，去景區很近，非常感謝贈送的門票～
早餐:自助早餐還行，也算挺豐富了。
總之真誠希望酒店能加強衞生方面的管理

酒店位於老君洞門口，酒店裝修比較有特色，運用的園景做得不錯，窗簾是電動的，乾淨衞生，舒適，早餐由於人多，配備不夠齊全，房間衞生間乾濕分離不錯，但是淋浴房沒有掛衣服的掛鈎，很不方便，穿衣服必須出來才能穿，送的水果直接變果乾我也是佩服。

新開的酒店，很漂亮。帶陽台的山景房，前台的服務員很熱情，還帶我去看了臨休閑街的雙床房。哇，更大的陽台。有吊椅什麼的，大喜歡了💕計劃著下次朋友出行遊。院內有一棵桂花樹，超有設計感的飛龍梯和**平台。傍晚了，水池裡的水景燈就亮起來了，好看好看。晚上很安靜睡得很好，早歺廳在三樓雖然不大但很別緻菜品也好吃。對了，旁邊還有個露天無邊泳池。可惜出差時間太緊沒得好好看一下，碰到服務員帶客人上歺廳吃早飯才知道，酒店對面還有一棟樓説是民宿客房。早餐退房時就忍不住走過去瞅了一下下，有管家服務。裝飾是另一種風格，很有民宿的環境氛圍。管家説民宿大多數的房間都是送景區門票的，酒店對面就是老君洞景區。真的超讚。停車位很充足。晚上管家還送晚安小食品，服務太貼心了。交通便利離縣城中心地段就是三五分鐘的車程。
