Wifi is not available and there is a problem with the connection, which is the only disadvantage. The transportation is super convenient, and the breakfast package is a major feature. Opposite the train station and subway station.

Friendly and attentive staff. The location of the hotel is quite good, close to the lively area of Liverpool (15 min. walk to Cavern). The correct rooms, but the whole hotel needs a reform, give change to its facilities.

Was greeted on reception by a lady called Tina absolutely lovely so welcoming an advised me where my room was and the fact that there is 24-hour reception which is brilliant for a hotel, some hotels I know closed down at 11 p.m. the reception and just have a telephone where you can call someone for a assistance. I was speedily handed my key and advised where my room was I was worried I'd get lost from the directions because I don't handle directions very well but it was easy enough to find. The room itself is comfortable and the beds are very nice and the shower is warm and powerful coat hangers are provided under kettle with sachets of tea coffee and sugar and milk. There is a heater on the wall which is appreciated and I'm sure we'll come in handy in the coldest period but it was the nicest warmest night and the windw opens well to give a nice air. For the price highly recommended for budget accommodation which is well located.

Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms spotlessly clean, comfy bed(just little softer than what I'm used to) but that's me! Had lovely sleep after the PINK concert at Anfield would definitely return. When we 1st walked up and saw outside of the building I must admit thought I'd dropped an almighty clanger but boy was I wrong and I'm so glad I booked this 1. Bed lovely and clean hot water bit of pain to come through but apart from the fact the building could do with a little bit of TLC and an update I have no complaints and would book again without hesitation.

Scruffy and dilapidated building. Poor facilities and very basic breakfast. Friend helpful staff and good location. Basic but clean and very cheap but not really what I was expecting, the heating and hot water didn't work either. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have nowhere else to go.

The hotel is very dated and basic - BUT for the location and what you pay, I don’t think you can beat it. I didn’t have any food at the hotel so cannot comment on that, but my room was clean and tidy and the hotel was quiet. The bed was quite uncomfortable but was fine for a brief stay. If you want to stay somewhere as a base, at a very reasonable price, I would recommend.

If I could, I'd rate this place 0 out of 5, it is an absolute dump, and certainly not worth the £119 we paid for the night, stayed in much nicer for less which unlike this place included parking. The hotel is in need of a complete makeover inside and out.

I booked this hotel and had to cancel due to a family emergency. I informed them hours later (over a week before the date of the stay) and they replied saying Booking .com needed to cancel it. It wasn't until the day of the booking they replied and said they were not refunding me, stating it is in the terms of the booking. It is also in the terms of being registered with Booking .com that it is down to their discretion whether they refund this type of booking or not. I'll never stay here and I will encourage anyone else to avoid this hotel and stay somewhere better. There hundreds of better options in Liverpool with owners/management who care about people. After me stating that this was a reflection of Tory Britain (a family member was in the emergency room at the hospital), they responded as shown in the image.

We booked a late hotel and thought it looked OK from the photos. We were wrong. The staff were nice apart from being made to wait until exactly 14.00 check in even though we were there a few minutes before. The lift was out of order which we weren't aware of before our stay and my partner has recently had a hip operation so using the stairs wasn't great. The hotel is really dated and needs some serious money spending on it. There is no bar or warm food. Our room was freezing and the wall heater didn't work. The pillows were paper thin. Several lights didn't work. The toilet seat was loose. The bathroom was grubby and the shower had mould marks everywhere. The whole room was musty. We were so glad to get out of there. Never again.
