The room design is amazing, non others alike. Loved it, it is in the city centre, walking distance to pharmacy, clinics and eateries

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do NOT book this place! It was beyond filthy and utterly disgusting! The actual room bore no resemblance to the photos online. The hotel's location is so obscure that even the airport transfer driver couldn't find it, which tells you how small and remote it is. No elevator meant lugging heavy bags up multiple flights of stairs. The front desk isn't 24-hour, and getting a response via WeChat was almost impossible. Upon check-in, the linen was absolutely revolting. Pillows, duvets, and sheets were covered in unidentified stains, looking as if they'd never been washed, let alone changed. When I complained, I was told they could only be changed the next day. Honestly, the hygiene was so appalling I felt like I'd catch a skin disease just by staying a single night. I'd booked for five consecutive nights, but they refused to let me cancel the remaining nights, so I ended up wasting over 1300 and had to book another hotel entirely. Overall, this was an utterly dreadful experience. If you're coming to Kota Kinabalu, for your own good, DO NOT stay here. You will regret it!

Firstly, there's no lift and you've to carry your heavy suitcases/bags to the floors you're allocated. And secondly, I don't think the bedsheets are changed for the next occupants, it's badly creased unlike a fresh bedsheet. Location wise, it's okay. The weekend market along Jalan Gaya and the fish market are within walking distance.

It's always my favorite place to stay; it's perfect for relaxing and some self-care.

As a solo traveler, this hotel was highly recommended due to near to any tourist attractions. If you’re renting a car, this hotel was also near Petron Petrol Station. Hungry at late night? Just cross the road to 7-eleven stores. Dinner? Just take a walk to gaya night street market. The room was perfect almost everything you need was already there. Everything electronic device or heater was functioning well. At first, i thought the Minimalist room was small but honestly it’s actually pretty big and it can fit 2-3 pax. All instructions given through WhatsApp are clear and easy to follow. If I come to KK in the future, I’ll repeat to stay in this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel with a seamless check-in procedure. Conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and Gaya Street. The room comes with complete amenities including shampoo, shower gel, and a hot shower (no bidet though). My room faced the main road, at night you can hear cars passing by. It didn’t bother me, but light sleepers might find it disruptive. Overall, it’s a comfortable and worthwhile stay.

No complimentary toothbrushes or slippers were provided. The sofa reeked of something foul, and the duvet felt unwashed and was damp to the touch. At over 300 MYR, it was completely overpriced and offered terrible value for money. Even our taxi driver, dropping us off, remarked that a place like this should only be around 100 MYR. We were in such a hurry that we couldn't take any photos, as we checked in very late and had to depart early the next morning. Check-out was a strict 11 AM, with a hefty 100 MYR penalty for even a slight delay. In stark contrast, other hotels we subsequently stayed at graciously allowed us to extend our check-out until 12:30 PM without any issue.

Very nice place to stay, so satisfied even we stay for one day only. Will stay again when we come back to KK.

Very easy to locate with lots of options to dine. We arrived late but self check in is super easy. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Will choose this place again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for around 2 days.Lovely place, lovely relaxing atmosphere and room. Really friendly staff and very helpful.. will definitely be staying there again!!!
