酒店很大，房間也挺寬敞。服務人員熱情，套餐贈送的卡丁車、彩虹滑道，喂黑天鵝，體驗都很好，魚頭湯也很好吃。唯一不足的就是酒店內綠植太茂密，飛蟲比較多，蒼蠅蚊子多且很容易飛進房間。

很新很有規模的度假酒店，安排設計了不少親子活動項目，團購價非常有性價比。酒店私有山水湖，別墅房間與外景有整體設計，精工細作；酒店服務專業完善，無微不至。是自駕遊首選地，離南山竹海景區三分鐘車程，是個安靜的世外桃源，自有大片茶園，可出大片。

第一次住開元就有驚喜哦，入住時前台貼心的幫我們免費升級到了別墅3層複式親子房間，大人小孩都滿意極了，小孩在樓上親子房間玩的不亦樂乎；雨後天晴散步在酒店百畝的茶園，波光粼粼的天鵝湖，意外的驚喜又發生了，有三衹小鴨追着我們一路嬉鬧，小孩和它們都難分難捨了，吵着要把它們帶回家裡；臨走小孩依依不捨的説還要再住一天，但要上學衹能下次再來了！

這是一次非常滿意旅行，比較人性化的一個度假村，尤其是小周美女，定了兩間房，其中一間房間沒定成功我都沒留意，到了後才發現沒成功，當時整個酒店都沒房間了，帶着兩個小小朋友有點手足無措，要知道那天周邊的酒店也幾乎都滿房了，還好小周美女幫我各種想辦法，人性化的幫我升級了別墅區的兩間房，太感動了，其實出去玩，不僅僅看的是硬件，最重要的是貼心試的服務，感動，以後去溧陽那邊就指定這個酒店了

工作人員的服務很好，客房做了升級，就是客房的衞生需要加強一下就更好了。退房時美麗的前台小姐姐還送了一衹活的鱸魚。回到上海晚上吃了很鮮嫩。
