Waarom 1. Bij aankomst werden wij verplicht door een wat norse eigenaresse van het hotel om de AktivCard aan te schaffen. In Beieren is volgens de eigenaresse deze kaart hetzelfde als toeristenbelasting, dus verplicht. Tijdens ons verblijf voelde het niet goed en hebben wij contact opgenomen met ActivCard. Voor zowel de toerist als de hoteleigenaar is de ActivCard gratis gaf de organisatie achter ActiveCard aan. Er had nooit geld voor ActiveCard gevraagd mogen worden. Wij hebben de eigenaresse van het hotel aangegeven dat wij het toch vreemd vinden. Ze gaf aan dat de kaart gratis is voor toeristen die rechtstreeks bij het hotel boeken en toeristen die via een reisbureau boeken de kaart moeten betalen. Wij hebben haar confronteerd met de mailwisseling van ActiveCard. Ze had er weinig op in te brengen. Met dergelijke praktijken extra geld verkrijgen. Dit kan echt niet. Voor ons niet meer.
