Our experience at Oberoi surpassed all expectations. It's situated across expansive grounds, which gives each guest ample privacy. Hotel design is meticulous and nothing less than what I’d expect for Oberoi. The on-site restaurant serves up excellent food with a wide selection of choices, compensating for the limited nearby dining choices. Most impressive of all was the personal and impeccable service which warrants a rating beyond the conventional scale. if possible, I would award it six stars. Highly recommend a stay at Oberoi Lombok!

The Oberoi in Lombok is easily the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed with. From the second you arrive, the attention to detail, the grounds, rooms and food are faultless. There is even a menu for what type of pillow you would like. A special mention to Hari at front desk for making this a trip to remember, your kindness and hospitality will long be remembered long after we have left.

In April, we had the pleasure of staying at the Oberoi Lombok and it was one of the best resorts we've ever visited. The experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't praise or thank the staff enough for making our visit so memorable. In the nicest way possible, everyone seemed to know everything about me - from our birthdays to the hike I went on. Their attention to detail was evident in everything they did. The resort's food, while not cheap by Indonesian standards, was delicious and worth every penny. The location is ideal for those looking to visit the Gili Islands or hike Mount Rinjani. I highly recommend the Gili Islands tour organized by the hotel. We had an incredible time snorkeling and managed to see eight sea turtles! (Tip: Bring some cash on your excursion in case you want to do some shopping.) I can't think of a better place to celebrate my 40th birthday. The combination of the staff's hospitality, the resort's amenities, and the stunning location made it an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a place that goes above and beyond in every way, this resort is it.

We encourage anyone to stay at this resort. Pictures do no do justice to the immaculate and beautiful property. However it is the entire team that make it beautiful. We have honestly never had so much care, kindness and all with joy from everyone at all levels The food was the best ever and my wife’s several food allergies were so well accommodated We look forward to coming back and encourage others to stay at the Oberoi Lombok. We were sad to leave this piece of heaven

Just incredible, every detail is looked at and every effort is made for the maximum pleasure and enjoyment of the guests. Wonderful staff, incredibly well trained on customer care. Amazing breakfast. Free coconut by the beach, free water, complimentary ice cream and tea/coffee with snacks in the afternoon.

Stanley. We vere suppose to stay at The Oberoi Beach Resort Lombok for 3 nights, but couldn't leave this beautiful place so we extended for another 3 nights. The 6 nights we had were very memorable. We will always remember you for a very beautiful resort, stunnig surroundings, the most fantastic sunset, delicious food, nice with free paddleboads and snorkle gear… but the true beauty of this place are the staff. All the people you meet at this hotel are so welcoming and warm-hearted - it's like nowhere else we've been - and we've traveled quite a lot Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Lombok is a Long jorney from Denmark, but this place is worth every minute of the trip. Hope to see you again some day.
