Hotel Chandralok

Went there for gujrati thali 😮‍💨 priced @ 625 pp , very disappointing . They served aloo sabzi which was so bad , aam rass which they said was alphonso..i wondered how alphonse in august but they were very confident..when i had it , was papaya pulp not any ***go for sure . There are better gujrati thali options in lonavla , i would definelty not recommend..don t burn a hole in your pocket .

This is one of the best hotel in Lonavala. Located just a few minutes away from the train station and bus stand, this is also easily accessible. You can find general store, pharmacy, bakery, chicki shops and more in the nearby area. The staff are very helpful, friendly and always serve with a smile. Their rooms are spacious (might depend on which room you're booking), well lit and clean. The restaurant area serves Gujarati thali, and this is one of the best if you're a vegetarian. Other items like tea, coffee, sandwich, etc can also be ordered directly from the room. So overall, the food was very good. The hotel was going through some maintenance but didn't caused any inconvenience to me. Special mention for Shweta mam for being so helpful throughout our stay. I'd definitely (and highly) recommend this hotel if you're thinking to stay in Lonavala.

It is very good choice to stay in this hotel ,. i stayed 4 days in this hotel it worthy. it's near to Bus and Lonavala Railway station, we really enjoyed, very good maintenance delicious food , friendly staff .

Best hotel in Lonavala.....staff,food,room everything is top notch with very reasonable rate......they help us in best possible way for travelling and for any query ....staff is extremely good and special mention to mr.hetramji,mr.kaushik ji and shweta mam......food is also the best in lonavala and hotel location is nearby bus station and market....rooms are also very good and neat and clean......Highly highly recommend hotel😍

this hotel is best for gujarati people. as we want good food nothing else. staff very co-operative room size is small bath accessory are broken over all good location and food is good so i give 4 out of 5

Recently I visited Lonawala with my family. It was truly a memorable trip for ***y reasons, one of them is one of the best hotels in Lonawala where we stayed.    Our stay in Hotel Chandralok was very much enjoyable and delightful. Easy location, just opposite the bus stand, this hotel is well maintained and very good, especially for couples and families even. Quality service, prompt service is really praiseworthy. The ***ager and front desk staff is extremely helpful, very polite. Staff was very much helpful and amazing. Rooms are beautifully clean, comfortable with nice decor. Washrooms were very clean. Wifi service provided was very helpful. Tasty, plentiful breakfast with a variety of foodstuffs is very good. Great ambience in the hotel dining room. Proper hygiene was maintained. The lobby is spacious with luxurious sofasets, the corridor nearby has carrom board and table tennis, beautiful antique furniture there, is the best for a photo session. I will strongly recommend this hotel for all the tourists visiting Lonawala. The best stay ever!

A very old property that seems to have little maintenance. We stayed for a night in suite room( 209, 2nd floor). When we checked in, both the ACs( hall and bedroom) were not cooling well. After frequent interventions, some type of cooling set-in. The suite room had a lot of unwanted guests: the mosquitos. Repellants were put to use. The bathroom and toilet, two in number, were strangely designed and located. Literally, no toiletries. A mini fridge available with nothing in it. The lift is small, jaded and old--fashioned. Had to struggle to use it. No gym or pool. The hotel, of course, has its bright spots. It has a vast parking area and a nice restaurant. The bed was large and superb. Fitted 2A and 1C well. Room fixtures and furnitures were perfect. Plenty of cutlery and crockery items in the room. Breakfast, that was served in room, was very delicious (upma, puri, idli, bread). Then there were the polite and efficient staff who looked ready to help but clueless. Hotel is centrally located with ***y restaurants and bars nearby. But Lonavala has far better hotels than this, so not sure whether we would return to this one.
