The service was very poor. I had already paid a deposit when I checked in, but the cardholder was debited at will in the middle of the night without the cardholder's knowledge. I communicated with them through Ctrip on the first day and promised not to do anything similar again the next day. The same thing still happened. They still don't admit that the hotel's management is indeed very problematic.
