Was given a room with a broken radiator and was so incredibly hot we were not able to sleep more than a few minutes. When we spoke to the ‘front desk’, (a young woman who showed up in her loungewear) she said she knew that room had a problem (!!!!!) with a broken radiator. This ruined our trip as we were not able to function on no sleep. What a mistake in booking this hotel

We stayed in the Executive Suite which had everything we needed for our weekend stay, including a kitchen with tea/coffee facilities, ensuite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a private outdoor area. It is a great location for Wembley Stadium (under 15 mins in a car) and other transport links. Only 5-10 minutes from M1. Would recommend.

The property is very clean but the room is too small for 2 people. There is no closet just a barre to hang a few clothes.

Room was clean and spacious. Included free parking and not a far walk to the train station. Didn’t have hot water and the door didn’t lock, but otherwise not a bad price for the location just outside of London.

When I booked a tiny single room on very short notice, I really did not expect much at all, especially from what seems like a house converted into a hotel. But I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was not as tiny as expected, came with a very modern bathroom and had everything one could hope for in a hotel room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
