Terrible place! My husband could not sleep due to an ongoing road noise. He got 2 hours by sleeping on the bathroom floor, where it was quieter! He was staying for business and therefore checked into a hotel for the next 4 nights. Concept apar**ents didn’t even reply to my message and I only found out they would not issue a refund from ***********. I have videos of the noise throughout the night, but they don’t care- they just want to take your money! Horrible apar**ents- dirty, cheap and terrible customer service!
