Quite a bog standard Hilton. The location was ok, good for me as I like walking and I wanted to be somewhere a bit different to where I had been before. Reasonably close to a tube. Plenty of cafes and eateries nearby.
The place was clean and the bed was comfy. It was just fine, nothing more than that. Reception area was nice, staff friendly but the room was bland and edging on tired. I didn't eat in the hotel. The toiletries and complimentary water was nice and the towels and shower were decent. I've stayed in worse places, I've stayed in better places.

This place is in need of renovation. One out of three elevators was functional when I checked in. Another was repaired later, but they’re very slow. The toilet was not secured to the floor. The plumbing fixtures are all from last century. There was a persistent rumbling noise from the heating and ventilation equipment on the roof that some people might find annoying.
The staff were pleasant enough, but the facility needs work.

Located in a pretty good location, close to the Tube stations in Kensington. The hotel was a bit dirty though, rooms not the biggest and the service at the front desk was just okay. Overall not especially terrible or great - but didn't really meet expectations for a hotel under the Hilton group.

Unfortunately not a gd nights sleep, stayed in 3 different rooms in the first 24 hrs of our stay due to very uncomfortable squeaky beds and gave up after the 3rd room as we couldn’t face being moved again.. rooms very dated and in need of major modernisation. Location was not great for us as it’s a 15 minute walk to the nearest tube station (Kensington high street) as Kensington Olympia tube station is only 5 minutes away but tubes only arrive there weekends and are few and far between but that’s our fault for not researching that correctly.
Staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was 1st class ..
If only the hotels room deco was at the same standard as the staff/breakfast this would have been a top 5/5 hotel except the location didn’t suit us.

A very easy location with a station and bus stop right outside. Perfect hotel to explore West London (Portobello market, Natural History Museum….). There’s a costa right next door if you don’t want to pay more for breakfast. An overall great stay and would recommend to anyone.
