Very good serviced apartment, excellent location, convenient for bus, subway, shopping, close to Harrods and museums. The hotel staff is very friendly, we stayed very comfortable, next time will stay at Cheval Hotel.

The room facilities are good, but the room was on the basement floor. We had repeatedly confirmed the floor, but the communication was obviously ineffective. The domestic customer service was very positive, but the hotel's service was still a bit behind.

Great location, spacious rooms, and a kitchen!

They called me at noon on the day of check-in and told me that I was lucky enough to be upgraded from a three-bedroom apartment to a three-bedroom townhouse! Remember to compare these two three-bedroom apartments when booking and choose the relatively expensive apartment! The hotel told me that because the apartment was overbooked, it could provide a late check-out and a welcome basket. I didn't need a late check-out, so I just hoped that I could give them enough water, milk and bread for 5 people. In fact, one of the rooms I stayed in was still in the basement, and I was only given a small bucket of milk, 2 bottles of water, and enough bread. However, after the children finished their breakfast in the morning, I discovered that the bread expired that day and the milk expired yesterday. One-night stay experience Extremely poor, not 5-star standard at all, I will never book here again!
