An excellent stay!
The location is ideal: safe, with the metro and a Waitrose supermarket literally around the corner (3-4 mins walk).
The apartment was spacious, quiet, and very clean.
One minor suggestion for the management to achieve 100% cleanliness: having maintenance/cleaning staff remove their shoes at the entry would keep the floors pristine.
We would definitely return and can highly recommend it.

Truly a great property. Fantastic location above Gloucester Road station which is well connected to many attractions across London.
The apartment was very spacious and the fit and finish was top notch. The service staff were lovely and receptive.
Could not have asked for more (although a higher floor would be better and our unit had no balcony). But aside from this, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I am a repeated customer of this property. Everything meets my expectation except the following :
—the air con in the gym does not function well. So it’s quite stuffy there and not good for exercise . In fact I brought up the matter a few times over my past few trips to London but the situation has not been improved .
—- the door of the apartment is difficult to open. Instead of conventional door handle , one needs to use a small switch with very sharp edges and corners to open the door. Although the door design looks niche , it’s not too practical..

房間很寬敞，乾淨，整潔。廚房電器全套美諾，總之是出乎意料的滿意。酒店附近就有大超市和地鐵站，超方便。後來再入住同集團的騎士橋公寓酒店，大受打擊，相差太多了。後者房間設施極其陳舊，除了臨近商業區，地理位置外，幾乎沒有可以好評的地方。退房時把熱水杯落在房間，通過攜程聯繫，竟然説沒有，非常不理解。總之，如果選擇公寓酒店的話，非常推薦格洛斯特公寓這家👍

感覺是目前住過的酒店式公寓裏最滿意的一家。 出行方便，樓下就是waitrose超市和地鐵。這次免費升級2卧，酒店房間夠大，而且乾淨衞生，必須好評！
