Great location, breakfast was just alright but the location make up for it

Very poor service! The bell boy at the entrance didn't help with the luggage and ignored me completely. The lobby manager was so stupid, I can't believe it's a Marriott hotel, the service is so poor

I paid on Ctrip, but there was still a fee when I arrived at the store. I asked the front desk what the fee was, and they said they didn't charge it. I don't understand.

The room is not big, and there is a bus stop at the door, but when we go out, we still need UBER or the subway. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the subway station. There is a supermarket nearby. You can buy something in the supermarket a day in advance for breakfast. Because I used the car on my first day out, I put my subway card in another coat pocket. When I went back in the evening, the subway card in my pocket was gone. After I contacted the front desk, the result was as expected. So it feels a little bad.

The service for late check-in is very good.

A large number of mirrors are used throughout the room to create a sense of space. Unfortunately, all the mirrors except the bathroom have many stains. The water pressure in the bath is very low and thinner than the faucet, which is very dissatisfying.
