Staff is the star here, kind and helpful! Thanks to Sweety n the rest of staff help us out during our stay. the apartment in a nice neighbourhood u can find few supermarkets and nice restaurants within 10mins, and just 15mins to British Museum. the apartment is spacious but without air conditioning was ok for us to stay in the autumn but will be a issue if u stay during summer so far they only provide fan! for sure will go back but not summer time unless they add on air conditioning

This place was a wonderful find for my lovely wife Ping and I to stay at! The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It was easy to walk to the nearest bus stop to take the bus to the center of London to view the many attractions. Also, the apartment is within short walking distance to the British Museum. As for shopping for groceries and other items, there are several grocery stores within short walking distance as well. Communication with the host was excellent. Special thanks to the receptionist who checked us in. Sadly, I don't recall his name. He was really thorough in showing us the apartment. I would like to say thanks to Mario and Antonio in reception for their friendliness and help when checking out. I highly recommend staying at

Great stay overall…the location was great, very near to both Russell Square and Holborn Tube stations (on Piccadilly line) which are next to the Kings Cross station (can also walk, but can take up to 15 min), within easy walk to many attractions especially the British Museum and restaurants, quiet Neighborhood, and a good size of space for the family up to 5-6 people.
Would definitely go back!

This time we stayed in London for 7 nights, which is very suitable for family stay.
First of all, the kitchen is basically equipped with pots and pans, microwave oven, toaster, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher and dishcloth; there is also a washing machine, which is super convenient, and it feels like home, and it also solves the problem of not being used to eating in restaurants outside. There are Tesco and Waitrose nearby, and Sanisbury is a little further away to buy supplies, which is very convenient (oil, salt, sauce and vinegar still need to be bought by yourself)
From the location point of view, it is also very convenient, about ten minutes walk from the British and Russell Square subway stations, we walked to China Town and Oxford Street in half an hour. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to Buckingham Palace. There are also many buses nearby, and we just choose City Walk to walk around the streets every day.
For a family of three, there is a large bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is a bit soft, but it is still adaptable.
The small disadvantage is that the shower room drains very slowly, and the button of the toilet needs to be pressed hard. In addition, our room is close to the street, and it will be slightly affected if there are cars passing by or people having dinner in the restaurant next to it on weekends, but it is all within an acceptable range.
Check-in is in a small glass room next to the apartment building. Luggage can be stored when checking out.
Overall, it is very suitable for family living. I still like this kind of home-like accommodation experience.
