Saco Holborn – Lamb’s Conduit St Reviews

Great stay overall…the location was great, very near to both Russell Square and Holborn Tube stations (on Piccadilly line) which are next to the Kings Cross station (can also walk, but can take up to 15 min), within easy walk to many attractions especially the British Museum and restaurants, quiet Neighborhood, and a good size of space for the family up to 5-6 people. Would definitely go back!

Great value for money, the room is big, beyond imagination. The room is fully functional, the kitchen is the highlight, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, all kinds of cups, cutlery and dishes are available, we brought our own rice cooker, we can easily make delicious meals every day. The room is well heated, but it would be nice if there was an explanation for the setting of the heating panel, otherwise it would take a while to figure it out. The bedding is clean, comfortable and textured, the bedroom layout is reasonable, and there is a safe. There is a balcony outside the living room, which can be opened for ventilation. The TV can broadcast live and Bilibili screen projection, we watched the Spring Festival Gala. The front desk staff is polite and friendly, everything is great, making people feel at home, I will choose to stay here next time I come to London

Maybe the rent in London is high, so the hotel is very inexpensive. The advantages are that it is close to the British Museum, there are many locks and it is very safe, there is a kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, and there is a free cleaning on Saturday. The disadvantages are that the furniture and appliances are very basic, and you need to study and use them yourself, there is almost no service, there is no 24-hour front desk, and it is like a puzzle game to open the door after 9 pm. The faucet in the bathroom is very difficult to use, there is no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, or shower cap, the room is exposed to the west, and it is as hot as an oven in the afternoon.

It's better than expected. The geographical environment is very convenient. The staff is very patient in answering our questions. The room is very well-equipped and very clean and hygienic. The heating is also sufficient and very warm.

The room is quite spacious, with complete facilities. The location is quite convenient, but the surrounding environment is average.

I was able to stay comfortably with my family of four.

I cannot wait to stay here again. I am a female on a solo trip to London in late October/early November. SACO Holborn sent information before the trip on how to access my key if I arrived out of reception hours, as well as directions from Russell Square tube station. The flat was immaculate and had everything that I needed: full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, cooker/stove top, microwave, dish washer and washer. They supplied dishwashing/laundry soap as well as soap/shampoo, etc. in the bathroom. The heated towel rack was amazing! The staff in reception were great and I send a shout out to Jo. The location cannot be beaten for convenience to the tube and bus transportation. There are groceries/coffee houses/restaurants and cafes on the street. I felt safe and welcome. Thank you SACO Holborn for a wonderful stay.

Place is a little old but decently maintained. I didnt like it that the access to my room was at the back of the building and outdoors. This could have been specified. While not exactly noisy the units are on a street with a fairly busy restaurant and pub less than 50m away. quaint street w shops n cafes. excellent coffee downstairs

The location is perfect, walkable to underground stations. The place is spacious, well equipped with all necessities.

Nice apartment, walking distance to many attractions Comfortable and well equiped

We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed here for 12 nights. It was just a perfect place for us I could say. The apartment was so spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, even a balcony. And they provided lots of things like dish washer, microwave, oven, washing machine, and dryer. It made us feel home away from home. There was certain things that needed to be repaired or replaced - shower head and knob, door seal gasket of washing machine, and couple of doors to the balcony. But I am sure the staffs will take care of them once they check on this review because the staffs were real hidden gems of this place. They were all nice and friendly, always willing to help us out. There is waitrose and sainsbury, tesco nearby, I recommend waitrose. Also, underground stations are nearby such as russel square, kings cross, euston, as well as bus stops. The British Museum is in walking distance. I bet you will never get a decent place like this to stay in central London with such a reasonable price. Its location, condition, and the staffs...I would say this is the one. If you are looking up this place don't hesitate. You will not regret it. I and my family would definately go back if we visit London again.

Nice apartment in a convenient location. Staff were friendly. Apartment was a bit stuffy without AC but the staff were able to lend us a fan.

My daughter and friend stayed here while attending a class. The property was clean and well maintained, and it was great for them to have an apartment with a washer/dryer and kitchen. It is really centrally located in London, in a very nice neighborhood. However, what really stood out was the professionalism of staff. They have an excellent system for communications and whenever there was an issue, they were very helpful.
