Small issues make for a poor stay.
Luggage was not taken to the room, I had to go find it in reception myself. Leak from bathroom ceiling not fixed. One of the noisiest rooms I've stayed in in London, 518 and the 3 near it should not be chargeable such is the noise from the lifts, the windows are sub-standard so the road noise terrible. Ear plugs essential.
On a positive - The rooms are a good size with good amenities, The gym, Level area are excellent as is the breakfast and general offering.

Fantastic hotel - I need to try more Melia’s!
The Melia is great - high attention to detail and service. New large bottle of water in room everyday. Daily turndown service. Great fitness center. And The Level is amazing for breakfast or a snack anytime of day. Staff is friendly, attentive. Also a great location!

Everything was perfect about this hotel, with the only minor drawback being breakfast time, which was quite busy and led to about a 10-minute wait each morning.
