Citadines Holborn sits in a convenient location minutes to tube. Facilities is aged and needs to renew. Basic amenities like showers, lighting, tv, usb charging point should be updated.

The Citadines Holborn is situated in a great location, just 10 mins walk from the west end. The room was basic but clean and had everything that we needed. Staff were very friendly and were always happy to help. We will be booking here again next time we stay in London, definitely recommend.

The location was definitely convenient, only one block from Holborn station. The area is vibrant day and night, and I felt safe even going back to the hotel passed 11pm. I booked the studio with kitchen facilities. It was was smaller than expected but ok for 2. Bed was comfortable and ac worked well. all kitchen utensils ( missing a spatula) , and toilet amenities were sufficient. Self service Laundry is available for 5 GBP. Sainsbury and Waitrose nearby so it was great to get things for a simple meal. Room Cleaning is available only once a week.

Small rooms for a service type apartment. Disappointing for a four star rated property. Odor emanating from the sewage system.

This hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation and several supermarkets. I have stayed here before and had a good experience, but this time I had a very bad experience. First of all, there is only a bottle of shampoo in the bathroom, and there is no other toiletries. It took several times to ask for a toothbrush before it was delivered to the room. After staying for one night, I found that there was no electricity the next morning. I went to the front desk to ask and was told that it was caused by a leaking pipe. Therefore, I had to change rooms. The hotel said it would be ready in one hour after I had finished cleaning up. As a result, I waited in the room without electricity until almost in the afternoon before I changed rooms. The conditions were even worse than before, without any apology.

A bit old, the service staff is very good, the location is good, Chinese restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.

The service of the hotel is really good, including the service at the front desk. The location is very good and the public facilities are not bad. However, I feel that the room is not as good as expected, which is a bit disappointing because it is different from the picture, including the tidying up. It's not tidied up every day, so I'm a little disappointed.
