地理位置優越，內部設施先進，服務得體，海德公園、白金漢宮、哈羅德近在咫尺步行可至，早餐、正餐均好吃，叫車服務很合適。值得擁有。

商務酒店，風格喜歡。前台人員在滿房的狀態下也幫忙找房間。但是check out的時候竟然多加了服務費，説是每天打掃房間的服務，現在倫敦真的變相要小費。

Perhaps unsurprisingly, given it’s a 5 star hotel in Belgravia, this is a very good hotel. What lifts it to exceptional is the kindness and professionalism of all the staff (special mention to Valentina and Irene!), both before and during our stay. The room was spacious and light-filled, and all the amenities, from the tea & coffee to the toiletries, were top quality. Looking forward to staying here again!

Lovely Hotel. Had tea and cake. Staff so amazing. We were given a wonderful welcome by Claudio. The Como had such a fantastic feel to it. Many thanks Claudio, hotel must be so proud of him. Would recommend this marvellous hotel to all visitors to the capital.
