Goof locations and services

The location is good and easy access to underground stations. It is convenient to get food, drinks and souvenir stores where just minutes walking distance.

Nice big room and clean. Washroom is also big and clean.

The location of the hotel is good as it’s walking distance to the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster bridge and pier where you can take the river thame cruise and also further down you can reach China Town, the high class shopping area of Regent street etc. The North Lambeth Train Station is opposite of the right hand side of the hotel entrance which can connect to many other places of interest. The hotel also provide breakfast as optional and they also have luggage storage if you arrive before check in time as well as decide to leave London after the check out time. Convenient stores and eateries are walking distance from the hotel. Room amenities are great as well and overall it’s a great place to stay for me and my family and we will go back and stay again in future

Hotel is in a great location. You can walk to Westminster Abby, Tower Bridge, etc. Local pubs are also within walking distance. Bar is decent. Rooms are small but that doesn’t matter since you will not be in the room much.

service and staff are nice and the hotel is at good location !

I really like the location. (However I cannot the firework from our window during New Year. :P) The train station is near by. A lot of eating options near by and many choices for grocery shopping if you plan to cook. The room is quite big too. So overall it's a great place to stay.

Great location, comfortable stay. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. There is free laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately dryer was not working.

Location is excellent. Service is poor. No daily cleaning as required. No response from their WhatsApp group during night time even the message was read. No communication between front desk and housekeeping to clean the room and change the sheet cover.

Good location

The hotel is really good located near most of everything. Staff is friendly and welcoming and helpful. The room was comfy, not much of a view from the window though. But it was clean and had a good space for us. To be located as it is, you did not hear anything from outside. Will book the same place again if I'm returning.
